The coordinator, Paul Andrews, also did excellent job in coordinating and informing scheduled activities. 3. Workers were willing to do minor requested finishing touch-up jobs.

The service I received from Paul and his crew was outstanding. They came and demolished an old carport and tool shed and hauled away all the debris along with some other items I did not want (e.g. old cabinet, chair, table, panels, etc.). And they did not leave a mess!! The price paid was fair and reasonable. Paul also went above and beyond the call of duty and dealt with the city permit department to find out if a permit was needed. I can highly recommend Ace Demolition and would definitely use them again if I ever need their services again.

I think their price was a little high and I think they are charging for their experience, but I got lower estimates from people that seemed equally as professional. They were very responsive. They were excellent.

Description of Work: Excellent work! Demo'd a swimming pool and filled with dirt. Prior to this, they loaned me their submersible pump and a hundred feet of drain hose so that I could drain pool on my own. Eric is the owner and the contract was clear; speedy work. Highly recommend to anyone needing demo work. ($9000.00)
