Juan was professional, courteous, clean, quiet. He evaluated the system and thoroughly explained the job. He then performed all necessary repairs promptly and the system has never worked as efficiently or as economically. I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my heating or air conditioning.

He even went the extra mile and repaired a related plumbing issue that was at the heart of the A/C problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C repair or installation.

The technician came on time. He did leaking check for free even i only asked him to add freon. He showed me weight gauge while adding freon so i can be sure i get what i paid. Finally he showed me 20 degree temperature different between the in and out air. The price is very reasonable.

The serviceman spent as much time on the project as was needed and did not push extras or unnneded services.

My family and I are very glad that we found Accurate Zone HVAC here on Home Advisor. I had interviewed about 6 different HVAC contractors and was not comfortable with their sales pitches and prices. Accurate Zone HVAC installed duct work and a new Rheem 4 ton HVAC system for a very competitive price. Juan and Cathy are very good to work with an are very thorough with their work and one of our inspectors commented how well the system was put together in my house. I chose Accurate Zone after reading all the reviews on the Home Advisor site. I spoke with Cathy, who right away made me feel comfortable. After struggling with coordinating schedules for home visit as a consolation Cathy waived the diagnostic fee. There were descriptions I couldn�t give about my furnace so they let me send them email photos which pin-pointed all.
