+ 1 moreCalled them to see the project and talk about what would be best course of action regarding tenants and need for the crane. Owner was able to do the job and knew exactly what we did in which order. I was called the morning of the project to confirm the crane was in route to confirm the cars would be removed. They arrived set the units and removed the crane while one worker stayed on the roof to finish. It was a big job but in the end was simple for me as the landlord.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 heat pumps for my duplex. He had to schedule a crane and trimmed the trees to gain access. I have also had Deal Heat and AIr service the units twice now when the tenants needed assistance. They are always friendly and help the tenants so that heat and air is provided prior to leaving.
