Golden State Equipment Repair

I was directed to Golden State Equipment Repair by my insurance carrier (covers appliances, plumbing, heating, a/c, etc.). I made an appointment for a repair person to come out the next day because my washing machine wasn't spinning dry. The person that I made the appointment with told me that Bob would be coming out the next day and the approximate time of his arrival. Bob called to let me know exactly when he would be there. He arrived on time, presented his business card on arrival and conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner. He clearly explained what the problem was and the fact that the parts had to be ordered. The office called to let me know when the parts arrived to schedule the follow-up appointment to install the parts. Once again Bob called to let me know when he would be at my home and he arrived on time. He installed the parts and showed me the bad parts and what went wrong with them. He did not make a mess and he made sure everything was back where it should be before he left. I couldn't have been more satisfied.
