+ -1 moreBy the way, something I experienced when he was here made me give it a low rating in professionalism.
Description of Work: The gentleman came over to perform an evaluation for the replacement of my Heating and A/C. The owner did provide me with a written estimate, something the local companies never bothered to give, other than writing it on their business card or calling me on the phone. These cards with a quote or a phone call didn't specify what they planned to do. It was just a total. I wasn't happy to see that for such large amount of money. Another said he was sending it by email on Friday but never did. Also, how do their brand compare to other brands? I had to go to see the Building Inspector to ascertain what was expected from the contractor.
