+ -1 moreWE picked up the new water heater at his request. It was my mistake not to ask for an estimate for labor, but this business was recommended by a friend. We expected to pay $250 based on other quotes. We were charged almost $600 for labor alone. When we complained, after checking with two other plumbers, we were completely ignored. No response to phone message or email. BAD business. Even our friend later said they thought charges were inconsistent and often too high. Nice guy, though. Just get an estimate first!
