DECKER PATIO & AWNING

Took him five or six weeks to get her to do the job but not his fault, he's very busy this time of year. It was so worth the wait.

After waiting 2.5 hours for Jonathan to show up I left to take care of other business and left him an appropriate, polite message (2nd of two) on his Fresno phone number regarding his inability to show up or to cancel or to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I do not recall my treating anyone like this in my 40+ years of public service in government, none-profits, and retail.

Called Decker Patio and 4 other companies for an estimate - Decker was the lowest by approx. $600-700 from the second lowest estimate. Their website and portfolio were good, and they had good reviews on Angies List, so I decided to go with them. They responded to all my calls quickly, and once the permit was approved, they were out here ASAP to put up the patio cover. It was done in a day. There was some delay in getting the permit (took a month), and they did a good job keeping me updated. The end result was a great looking patio cover.

Jonathan and Ryan did such a amazing job. I had a picture of the Arbor from online. They did exactly what I wanted. They listen when I gave ideas and perform the task. It was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I have so many people asking me who did it. They were very friendly and likeable. Instead of just posts they made lattices. Now, I can have climbing vines or climbing roses on the posts. This was the first time they did anything like this and it turned out beautiful. Our house faces the west and the front door and front windows gets so very hot. It has cooled it down about 75%. I'm so very excited and proud of my front door entrance and can't wait to have people over and show it off. When people drive by the look and then look again driving slow. Thank you Jonathan and Ryan, you guys are awesome!!!!

Jonathon was wonderful to work with. Not only was he ALWAYS on time for appointments but always returned our calls right away. We first called for an estimate and he was out here next day and right on time. We were ready about a month later and he came back out to make sure we were set on what we originally asked for. They ordered the supplies and were out here a few weeks later. We WERE informed ordering and receiving took a week or so. Low and behold they showed up today as scheduled even in THE RAIN! I got home to find my beautiful patio cover almost finished. The completed cover is so pretty and we are just thrilled. I have to add the clean up was super impressive. You could NOT tell they were here. I highly recommend Decker Patio and Awning. And will tell all my friends.

They were good. They were a little slow to get it finished but they got it done. They charged me for just what the materials cost plus a little bit more. I thought they are very reasonable. It was very long and very wide and a lot of materials and labor were involved. They were efficient and they knew what they were doing. They have a lot of experiences. They do mostly mobile homes but they do homes as well. They are in the awning business so mobile homes are their specialty. I got the top of the line awning. I did not go for the ones that I could have gotten in about half price. I think I could have gotten them for about under $4000. I like the higher quality. That was where I went. He gave me a really good deal. I feel he worked with me on it. I would recommend them.

The best contractor we have ever highered!

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY GAVE US A WIDE VARIETY OF CHOICES. FOR OUR PATIO COVER. THEY MADE SURE TO DO WHAT WE WANTED TO REACH OUR EXPECTATIONS.

THEY DID VERY GOOD AND EFFICIENT WORK. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WOULD CALL BEFORE THEY WOULD COME OUT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND NICE TOWARDS US. THEIR WORK WAS TOPNOTCH.
