Water on the garage floor Sunday night. Called Water Heaters Only on Monday. Drew Moeaki came that afternoon, looked at the situation. Worked out needs and priced item. Left the estimate with me to think and compare with other company's . Two hours later I had an appointment the next day. Drew arrived within the appointment time frame and got right to work. Very professional behavior and work area was clean when he left. I will certainly refer Water Heaters Only to any neighbor requesting water heater help.

Wow what a nice clean job. Loni our installer was so friendly and professional . I explained that the main Valve was frozen and Loni replaced both valves the gas line and earthquake secured it. It's so nice to get what you pay for these days. I would highly recommend this company to my friend's and family.

I had to make a quick decision. I didn't compare prices or investigate other heaters/options so I can't really judge on price or quality. I can say that these guys came out extremely quickly, got the job done professionally helped me avoid what could have been a huge headache. I was completely satisfied. They did a great job.

Overall it went very well. My husband says John A. was a bit later than the 1-4pm window but not very late, probably because of terrible Bay Area traffic. The installation went well and John hauled the old one away. That night we had really hot water so we were delighted about that. John even installed a little bathtub for the hot water heater with it's own little siphon so that next time there is a leak, the water will drain onto the garage floor rather than on the hot water heater platform and adjacent drywall. Thanks John!!! Everything looks new and shiny and professional. My regular plumber quoted me $100 or so less with the same or very similar water heater but couldn't do the job the same day. We didn't want to go another day without hot water so we didn't mind paying a little extra. The man who answered the phone (Paul?) was very helpful and informative and answered all of my questions and gave me a window within a few hours of my morning call. Both plumbers quoted using Bradford White Ecodefender 50 gallon water heaters. This service was done for Anne Gregory and Jeff Chung on June 1st, 2017.

Excellent! I had used Water Heaters Only years ago when I lived in Fremont and was very happy with their service, so, I wanted to use them again. I am glad I did! I called in the morning and spoke to Paul. He explained their policy but I told him I was a return customer and knew the drill. He gave me an appointment window of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM the very same day! He called back again later in the morning to confirm again the times. At 2:00 PM Drew Moeaki arrived, reviewed the cost and procedures, and got to work. Drew was fast, detailed, neat, and professional. He definitely knew the meaning of customer service and high quality work. By 4:00 PM we had hot water once again. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only if you need a water heater replacement, and, if you are lucky, Drew will do the work for you. (I do not remember the name of the fellow that did the work for me in Fremont, but, I remember that he gave the same quality work and service. That is why I called them again, so, I am sure any technician at Water Heaters Only would give the same quality performance.)

Other contractors tried to convince me I needed to go tankless ($5K-7K bids) or install a stubby water heater ($3K bid). Water Heaters Only did a thorough inspection on the specific needs for the property and determined a standard water heater would get the job done. Not only that but they were able to install it on the same day (key detail for this rental property owner with upset tenants). The job was completed in under 2 hours for around $1500. Since I was told by other companies there was no way the standard replacement would pass inspection I made sure to have the city come out....and it passed inspection! I am very thankful Water Heaters Only did not try to take advantage of me seeing that I was rental property owner desperate for a quick solution. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only

Efficient install, left the area spotless. Steve was the affable, knowledgeable installer who took the time to explain how the unit works, how to change settings, etc. I used Angie's $100 coupon for $200 off quoted price, so total cost was $1670.

Horrible. Guy on phone sounded like I had just woken him up at 10am. Despite advert and web, no same day service. Wouldn't tell me price to replace or tell me about the water heater.

Way beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the moment we spoke to them on the phone my stress level went from a 10 to a 5 when they said they could come today. (but would they show etc...) were there within 2 hrs which was the beginning of the 4 hr time frame they gave us AND gave us a 20 min heads up that they were about to arrive. Once they got there the Technician Beni was Awesome!!! So professional and knowledgeable. Let me know what was wrong, that it did need to be replaced, but they could still do it today, and gave me options of what unit I'd like... not it's this or nothing. By now my stress was down to a 3 and they had it installed seamlessly within like an hour! Crazy awesome Stress now gone thanks to Beni and Water Heaters only. They are amazing and there customer service impeccable. They're inspection fee of 89$ gets applied to your repair or replacement and they don't charge extra for evenings weekends or holidays... WHAT - Seriously!?!? When you have no hot water especially during a holiday, most companies totally rape you because they know you're desperate... but Water Heaters Only doesn't take advantage of your desperation. I am so pleased with their service I would have never dreamed it could have gone that well. They cleaned everything up their heater strapping and soldering was great (sometimes it looks kinda half assed and you're wondering how often do you do this?) And there were no surprise fees... what he quoted was exactly what I paid. All in All amazing

This was my second time using Water Heaters Only and both times were seamless. Work was done on a Saturday with no extra charge. The installer was Dan and he thoroughly explained the work he needed to do and left the area neat and clean. Definitely would use this company again, especially with the Angie's List discount!

The work is finished clean and on time. The guy is professional and also helps me to save some money through some tips. But I think it's little expensive.

Called at 9 pm. Very helpful representative. Fixed an appointment for next day noon- 3 pm window. Steve called 45 min before he arrived. He recommended replacement and gave me an estimate. Very pleasant and professional. Patiently explained the options and advantages of new heater. Work was done in 2 hrs. Steve went over operation, settings and safety steps. Fully satisfied with the work.

It went very well. They answered all questions. It was a Sunday when I called them and the work was done on Monday, Labor day. There was no additional charge for working on a holiday. They were very professional.

They answered our call on Saturday morning, were pleasant and helpful, and we were pleased to get a Sunday installation appointment. They explained why they like the water heater they recommended, and the installer came on time and finished the job as scheduled. So far so good. Lots of hot water. We used a $100 A.L. discount which helped.

Sure we did use it, I think there was a minor issue I think they told us that the water heater would be eligible for some re bay or something and it ended being that they had given us wrong information I think the company need to give us a little bit of break in the price on the account of that so I think it ended up not being as quiet as good as the deal as we thought but overall we were okay with it. the installation was straight forward and I think they did a good job on the installation, I think better information about which model where eligible for re bay, better product information.

excellently! our heater's flow sensor had become clogged, most likely due to local water line repairs. Mr. West rapidly and succinctly diagnosed the issue and showed me how to add the repair technique into annual maintenance. Additionally he advised another maintenance technique involving simpler materials.

Dan from Water Heaters only came out and met my wife at the home. He performed the services as stated in the deal. His assessment was that a part in the heater was broken and needed to be replaced. He quoted $400 to do that, but told my wife that he would not recommend that option as there is no guarantee it would not break down again. So he recommended to her to replace the water heater; he quoted $1600 for that. My wife felt that he went a little too much into a salesman pitch mode at that point and was trying too hard to push the option of buying the water heater. She told him that she would discuss it with me to see what we would do. I called another company. Over the phone they took down the age, model# and serial# of the water heater. First thing the guy told me was that our water heater was still under warranty (he could tell by the model and serial number) and if it was broken he could just get us a replacement heater from the manufacturer at no cost and would only charge me $549 to remove the old heater and install the new one, plus $200 for handling the necessary permits. My immediate thought was, "why didn't Dan mention that and what did I just pay $89 for?" Of course, I could have called Water Heaters Only to see if they could do the same, but when you feel that a representative from a company does not have your best interest at heart and is more interrested in making a commission or profit, well why bother. The other company came out and confirmed what they told me on the phone and will start work in a couple of weeks. What a waste of $89, guess the plus side is I'm getting a free water heater out of this.

My water heater started leaking on a Friday night. It wasn't an emergency so I opted to wait for their next available appointment which was Sunday morning. Since we have had issues with water heaters at our house due to very hard water combined with a water softner we have had to replace them every 6 six years. So this time I opted for the 10 year warrenty on the tank for $100 extra (included in the $1600 cost after using an Angies List Coupon). As promised they called about an hour before arriving. My appointment window was from 8-noon. I recieved the phone call at 8:30 and he arrived at 9:30. The person who did my install was Dan. He was very friendly, curtious, and answered all my questions. Dan cleaned everything up. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I am very satisfied with the quality of service I recieved.

My old water heater was 28 years old, I was concerned that it might break down any moment. I called Water Heaters Only and they sent technician Steve B to my house the same day to give me estimates. Steve gave me 3 options and the cost of each option. After researched the features and reviews of various brands and models of the water heaters and the reviews of several companies, I selected Water Heaters Only to install a new Rheem gas water heater. Water Heaters Only was quick in responding to my requests both for estimates and installation. Steve was puncture on both times. He did a neat job in installing the new water heater and answered all question I had.
