Thank you for your feedback. It's understandable for the installation cost of a tankless water heater would a bit of a shock compared with the cost to install a regular tank water heater. Due to all that is involved in retro fitting and upgrading for the new system the price is considerably more for a tankless water heater. Please keep in mind that we are very competitive in our pricing and many of our customers have mentioned that we are actually an average of $100.00 less.
