Description of Work: Technician came out and inspected water heater. Confirmed issue, and then recommended - company policy - additional repairs. Would not provide quote without including additional work. I had called prior to visit to cancel the visit due to bad reviews, and they agreed to waive the call out fee in the event I didn't use them. Overall, it felt like a scam.

Description of Work: This was a fabulous example of how a promo offer can cement a relationship with a client. My water heater was making a funny noise. Because it uses gas and is located close to bedrooms, I didn't feel comfortable waiting and seeing. I went with Water Heaters Only because of their coupon for an inspection for $25. At that price, it was a no brainer to have their guy come take a look. And what a prince he was--on time, thoughtful, clear, and he educated me on what to look for and when to truly worry. I am a very satisfied client.

They arrived at about 8AM in the morning following my prior afternoon phone call and were done within 4 hours. They cleaned up the site and removed the old tank. Description of Work: My 10 year old 50 gal. water heater started to leak. I had a warranty against leakage for 12 years so I called the phone number on the warranty and was connected to Water Heaters Only. After some confusion I was informed that the company who installed the original heater was no longer in business so no warranty existed. I was given a quote over the phone, from a company I had never heard of, so I explained that I might get back to them after shopping around. I checked Angies List, found the company was not "new" and had recieved great reviews from customers on the "list."Called back and an hour later I had serviceman at the door and a couple hours after that I had a new water heater installed. Great response, great service, great workmanship and great price. Sorry, this should have gone in the next box. The services performed: Installed a new 50 gal. water heater, to local code requirements, explained how to operate and maintain it, cleaned up the area, and disposed of the old water heater.

Description of Work: I had a leak from pipe at the top of the watefr heater. Repairman replaced the pipe. He fixed the water heater rather than replacing it. He noticed a loose pipe nearby which he also fixed.
