The Hardwood Floor Source

I recently purchased an older home with wall-to-wall carpet. I wanted the carpet removed and the underlying hardwood floors repaired and refinished. My realtor requested a quote from Steve Bouchon at the The Hardwood Floor Source and I pursued two other quotes from other companies. The quote from The Hardwood Floor Source came in 10-15% below my other quotes, and fortunately, they were working at another job nearby so were immediately available to start my project. Throughout the project Steve was excellent at walking me through process...calling me each night to update on the project status...explaining all of my options in detail, and patiently waiting for me to make decisions. They maintained a clean work site and were flexible about working around a landscaping work crew. Upon meeting my new neighbors, I apologized for any noise or inconvenience they may have experienced during the work being done, and all of them assured me that they had not noticed any noise. The floors came out beautifully! They are now the best feature of the house.
