Got a quote. Accepted it. Never heard back. Got the feeling they quoted high ($800) because they didn't want the business.

I've been using them for several years now. They're very, very good, they're also very expensive. They should be able to do what they do for less money.

These guys are professional, so I needed the tree removed. It wasn't a little tree it was a big tree, and when I came home the tree was gone. There was nothing left. They cleaned up after there selves, like nothing was there. The stump was gone, it was ground up in saw dust. IT was serious business, those guys don't mess around. They knocked that thing out. They were pretty solid all the way through. I think there are cheaper people out there, but these guys are serious. They were on time.

They are expensive but do a wonderful job. 6 guys came in and worked all day cleaning up branches and things. They did a stupendous job. They were good. They came come in and make decisions.

They did very well. It's been healthy ever since. It was expensive. Their assessment had excellent result. The huge tree came back and it's actually healthy. If we have the money I would use them again.

It's excellent and that's why I keep using them. I had the fertilization set up as a plan. They come several times. For coming several times, the price was probably slightly higher than the competition. Since they do such a good job and they're reliable, I'd like to deal with them. The quality of work is always excellent. They come right away when I call. They're very professional. They do exactly what we ask them to do. They answer questions professionally. They clean up after they're done. They don't damage around the yard. Their performance is great.

It worked very well. The cost is probably a little high but I don't mind paying a little more for an excellent job that they did. I use them all the time.

The job was a large one and went for two solid days. They said two days and finished in two. The work was excellent and the trees and house look great and survived. I could easily recommend Davey for your tree work. They are very professional and do quality work.

The service took two days worth of time with a bucket truck brought in for the large, tall trees in back. The job was done right and all the debris cleared both days at the end of the work.

It was fine. The estimate sounded a little high but I have had nothing to compare and the job was pretty big. It was pretty much in the ball park. It was easy to call him and get an estimate.

I would recommend them. They do a great job. Their prices are fair and I will continue to use them every year.

That work turned out OK. Generally they do a good job. I think they are overpriced for what they do. I also found out later that the trees were over thinned a little bit.

One of the issues that we've experienced with a lot of companies is that the person that comes out, we talk to and tell them all the details that we want, those people never show up when the actual workers are here. We had to go out and tell that our estimate is supposed to include these things and get them to do everything that we had told the initial person. A lot of people do that, but it's ? kind of pain.

They arrive in their tank truck and use a large hose and application wand to insert fertilizer deeply into the ground for my trees and shrubs.

They didn't do the second because my dogs were loose in the yard. The next day they returned, I penned up the dogs and they did the second tree. Both trees were done as promised, and they look great.

Davey was able to give an estimate, and schedule the work, quickly. The estimator was easy to communicate with. The crew did the work as was outlined in the original specifications. Pricing among professional tree trimmers was similar, but Davey was price competitive at the lower end of the quotes which ranged as follows: $485-$575 to aggressively trim one 40 foot crown diameter Mulberry, and $325-$360 to trim three 2-story tall bottle-brush/melaleuca. A tall (3-story tall) double birch was generally quoted around $285. The work was completed in a professional manner. I got the bill in the mail about 2 weeks later, payable by Visa/MC, Amex, Discover, or check.
