THE CLEANING AUTHORITY

Description of Work: I was very happy with the services at first. Last time the cleaners were at my home I was at home. When Maria and Jose arrived they both had an attitude. I asked Jose to use a couple of my products and he reluctantly agreed. I asked Maria to use my vacuum and she refused. I went out outside to leave them alone and work. After about 30 minutes they came out of the house and got into a big fight. Maria started crying and cried for about 45 minutes outside my home. Jose just sat in the car. They spoke in Spanish. I guess they were fighting over who was going to clean the floors. The supervisor came by she came in apologized to me and I was glad to see them go. During my inspection I noticed the knobs on my glass top oven were put on incorrectly when I tried to put them back on correctly I realized that Jose had broken my stove. He forced the knobs back on so hard that he broke the stem that controls the burner. I called the service over the weekend and I never heard back from them until Tuesday of the next week and when I finally spoke with the owner she said that Jose denied doing it and indicated that perhaps the oven had been like that anyway and it was our doing. The owner Jennifer was rude and very disrespectful. She seemed bothered that she spent time looking for someone to fix the stove and indicated to me that the Kitchen Aide techs she spoke with had never heard of knobs breaking and that they were probably old and were ready to break anyway. Our glass top stove is only 2 years old. She again indicated that we broke the stove. I ended up calling a home improvement company and scheduling someone to come over. They are agreeing to repair the stove. I am still going to use their services for a little while longer as a new crew is coming out to clean my house. The quality of the work was good at first but was mediocre at best as time went on. I do like that you can call them anytime and they do document what they are cleaning that day.

Description of Work: House Cleaning of the entire house weekly for now a 3 week period. I received a hard sell after contacting the toll free number, and then a local owner/manager came to the house to give me a quote. I signed up for a year long obligation (stupid me) prior to the first clean as there where two pricing options to go with. Also they would not set a time that they would come. All I know is they come after 12 noon and before 5. The initial two cleans where more expensive under both options than the cleans moving forward.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CLEANED OUR 2 STORY HOUSE EVERY TWO WEEKS. THEY WOULD TARGET DIFFERENT AREAS TO CONCENTRATE ON, BUT THEY WOULD CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOUSE EACH TIME.
