+ -1 moreEligio Tapio and his team were very professional and competent. There was a complication - the decorative tile was a different thickness than the rest of the tile. They figured out a solution and it turned out great. Very happy with their work, their consideration for the house, and the efficiency with which they worked. The only problem was that some bits of the grout failed a year or so later. They were immediately responsive, and came out to correct the problem immediately, at no charge.

+ -1 moreHe was very good and I would recommend him. I spent about $11,000 or $12,000 on that work. My experience went very well and I thought he was highly skilled and professional. He had a good team and supervised well. He was responsive and available when I needed him and was really good.
Description of Work: I used Tapia Tile And Marble on October 2009 and he did travertine tile in a bathroom remodel on the floor and walls, including muddying which is what I wanted, he did slate on my front and rear porch in a rare side pattern.
