Had to book for a Saturday on short notice. They were able to provide a truck and 2 movers on the requested day. Arrived promptly. Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Dismantled furniture as necessary and re-assembled at new location with no problems. No damage! Finished in 3 1/2 hours.
Description of Work: Moved all my daughter's furnishings from her 2 bedroom shared apartment in San Mateo to her own one bedroom apartment in San Bruno. Given 4 hours.

All went according to plan!
Description of Work: We just needed some "muscle" to move some furniture around within our new condo. Brian and Marcus were just what we needed. They called to let us know they would be early, they were polite and got the job done carefully and enthusiastically. We would definitely use again!

Paid in advance through MovingHelpers.com for two people two hours for 10:00 am Saturday 9/1/2012. Talked to their scheduling manager, Brian on Thursday 8/30 to schedule and set up. Got a text From Brian at 11:00 pm on Friday saying that he had dropped phone in water and made scheduling error could they reschedule to 1:15 pm. I text-ed back Saturday morning that was OK. Never heard anything back, nobody showed up. I tried two text's and phone call, no response. Never heard another word. As it was late on holiday weekend was not able to find replacements and had to move heavy/awkward furniture myself.This greatly effected my moving, i was delayed a day, incurring a $ 70.00 late free on u-haul truck and needed to spend extra night in hotel at $ 170.00.
Description of Work: Help loading u-haul truck.

I am so sorry for this. I was not made aware of any of this from Brian. There is no excuse. I recognize his is the worst thing we can do to you as a moving service. This comes with great surprise to me. I trusted Brian a lot as a scheduling manager. Brian was not only my longtime scheduling manager, but also a longtime friend. I trusted him like a brother. I just wanted to let you know that as a result of this, I am going to remove Brian from his position as scheduling manager. This is not how we are going to do business. Instead, I'm going to hire a scheduling service. Member, again, I extend my deepest apologies to you. Please let me reimburse you for the expenses that we caused. They are friendly and will do whatever you need them to do to move you. I would give them an A plus for everything. I will absolutely use them again.
