Description of Work: SKYLINE LANDSCAPES installed flagstone stepping stones, approximately 50 feet of flagstone walkway (replacing former concrete walkway) and, a flagstone "pad" aproximately 4' X 6' to set a park bench on. I can only give them the highest of ratings on all aspects of the job. |

He was professional and worked with my schedule to get this completed so I could stay on schedule with some other work I was having done. His team arrived on time and were responsive to input I shared. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely. Francisco and Skyline Landscapes will be on my "preferred subs" list for future work at my place. I highly recommend them!

+ 1 moreWe've had Francisco & his crews work on our home's landscaping for 2-straight years, because the projects go smoothly, the work is done well and communicating with Francisco is a breeze. When we describe what we'd like done, Francisco listens carefully & thinks through peripheral issues to make sure we understand the impact of the changes both technically and aesthetically. He also makes communicating about the project simple- he stays in-touch via email, provides written estimates in PDF form via email & also he'll mail documents as needed. His crews have been friendly & respectful to the property and our neighbors. We typically make our bathroom available to the crews, and provide cold drinks & sometimes hot lunches - but that's just our appreciation and probably unnecessary because Francisco's guys travel with a port-a-potty on their truck, and bring their own meals. They also do a fabulous job of cleaning-up after themselves at the end of each workday. Moreover, we've had only compliments on all the work Francisco has done with us. So obviously, we'll be hiring Francisco & his crew again & again as we improve our fixer-upper.
