The team was great. Carolina came out on Sunday to get things started and evaluate the damage. On Monday, another team took additional measurements and added more dryers to get things dried out. My insurance adjuster worked with the ServPro team to determine that my hardwood flooring needed to be removed, so the ServPro team took care of it. They took the time to explain things before they did them, and help me understand the next steps.
Description of Work: After a pipe broke in the kitchen, the ServPro team provided services to dry out the floors and walls, as well provide an inspection to determine what needed to be rebuilt.
