Description of Work: We wanted a new top to a chest. We found a leftover piece in their remnant lot that we wanted. They cut it to size, fabricated it with ogee edges on three sides.

 + -1 moreTHE MARBLE MATERIALS WE PURCHASED WERE BEAUTIFULLY CUT AND POLISHED, AND WERE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. PRICES AT ROMAN MARBLE ARE VERY REASONABLE, AND WE WERE ABLE TO CHOOSE THE VERY PIECE WE LIKED MOST. INSTALLATION WAS A DIFFICULT PROCESS WHICH REQUIRED ME TO CALL WORKERS BACK FOUR TIMES BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. ADHESIVE WAS SLOPPED AROUND THE AREA AND LEFT ON THE SURFACE OF THE POLISHED MARBLE. ADJOINING PIECES OF MARBLE WERE NOT THE SAME THICKNESS, BUT THE JOINT WAS NOT SMOOTHED OUT. INSTEAD OF SIMPLY TAKING CARE OF MY COMPLAINTS, THE WORKERS WHINED ABOUT IT BEING TOO HARD!
Description of Work: CUT AND POLISH MARBLE PIECES FOR FIREPLACE HEARTH AND SHELF. INSTALL AROUND EXISTING FIREPLACE.
