+ -1 moreIt is a very young man who has started this business. We were burglarized twice since we moved into this place. He also does video access control. The owner who does all of our work at this point is Richard Carr. He is very professional. He comes in, does his job and he is out. He is very thorough and very good. This house is built in a U shape, around a swimming pool and Richard had to install a system that covered all of this. He was very careful about it. It took him two days to install it. His charges were very low. We have a system now that gives us one minute after we get in the house to turn it off. We never go away or go to bed without setting it up. It is very dependable. They charge $20 a month for the ongoing service. In the event the alarm goes off we get a call in about two minutes. I would use Ringhammer Systems Company in the future.
