Rhino's Hauling & Demolition

My request was accommodated next day even though I called last minute to see what availability was. I was lucky to be in the area where other customers of theirs were located, but still I was added to the route without any hassle. The haulers that arrived were very nice (I am sorry I forgot their names), professional, and quick. I would certainly use them again if I have any need for hauling junk away.

We are very happy with Rhino. We've used them twice now, and both times they've arrived on time, executed the job quickly, and have been professional and courteous.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was very good. They were a little late getting here, but they called to say that they were stuck on the freeway traffic, and they would be here in 15 minutes. They worked very well, and they were polite, professional, and friendly. I didn't have excessive stuff, I had stuff that I wanted to get rid of fast. I had an old lawn chair, an old dog house, some hampers and stuff. The price was good for what I wanted. It was cheaper than using the garbage service here.

It was very good. No complaints. The came according to our schedule. There was no extra charges. They have a good attitude. We had a good experience. We would use them again.

Manny and his crew were excellent - showed up on time, did great, fast, thorough work, cleaned up afterwards. Top notch. I expect to use them again. Oh, and I loved the fact that Rian was able to quote the job when I texted him photos of the piles I needed hauled. Excellent and convenient!!

It went great. The two individuals who came to do the job were terrific. They were in and out in no time! Great job!

They were great! They came on time and were very helpful. They even took more than what the agreement was. I would ask them to come back if I needed their services. What really stood out, was that they took more than the agreement.

My appointment was between 08:00-09:00 and the fellows from Rhino arrived at 08:30! Since I had the coupon ($111.00), I asked them to fill the truck up to amount of the coupon. I was pleasantly surprised that they got almost everything in the truck and I had had quite a pile of junk/furniture! I asked Manny how much the rest of the junk would cost and it was only $45.00. They hauled away a queen sized mattress, queen sized bed frame (large wood head board, foot board, sides and wood slats), large heavy wooden 8 drawer dresser, old HUGE BBQ grill, large old wooden desk, wood shelf unit, 2 wood chairs, a large rug and two gigantic bags of garbage. Additional I paid for, a couple of large dog beds, a large broken dog carrier, a stack of boards, a bunch of broken plastic containers, a pile of broken terracotta pots, miscellaneous wires and more junk. All in all I would rate their service at 100%! They arrived within the time they said, they were courteous and had the job done in 30 minutes! They also swept up the back yard where all the furniture/junk was stored. I felt they were honest and I really got my monies worth. I will definitely use them again and feel confident referring Rhino Hauling to other.

The showed up on time and hauled away everything that I put out in the driveway. What more could I ask for?

When I purchased the Deal I scheduled times to get picked up.I did not hear anything from him so I called him. We scheduled new times and dates. On the date that they were supposed to some the called multiple times and kept pushing back the pick up time. I had to be somewhere that day and finally ended up canceling the Deal. They were nice but they kept just pushing back the pick up date and time.

I called for an appointment and they showed up the next day on time and haul all the items I needed to get rid of.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. It was good and about equivalent to other services I've had. The guys were pleasant.

They were golden! They were so wonderful! I took a business card from them and gave it to a friend of mine who is a real estate agent and she will be using them for jobs, as well. I purchased a Big Deal and used the deal over a year after I bought it because I had a house fire and couldn't schedule this sooner. Rian, the owner, cheerfully honored the deal, even though it had been a long time! The workers were friendly, punctual and helpful, asking if there's anything more they could do! Even though I had fluorescent lamp tubes and batteries, and many old paint cans, they still were willing to remove those without charging extra fees! When they were done, they even swept my backyard and driveway! And all of this was done with kindness and courtesy!
