They showed up on time, picked up our stuff, and left. Easy-peasy. Second time I've used them; will call again when we clean out the next installment of the garage...

Once again they were on time, very helpful and the quality of the team's work is GREAT! I have used them three times and will be using them again as needs dictate.

These guys were great! They showed up right on schedule, were very courteous, and took care of lifting and hauling away the items we wanted to dispose of. I really like that they recycle any items that they can as alternative to dumping them in a landfill. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

The freezer had failed several days ago while the occupants of the house were away. The freezer had been full of meat and the odor was not pleasent! Also, the freezer was quite heavy and had to be loaded on their truck for disposal. The team improvised how to get the freezer out of the external "closet", move it through a rather less than ideal route to the truck and then loaded on the truck. It was not a pleasent task, but they did it efficiently and fast. Thanks guys!

Went very well in every way. Arrived promptly for interview, gave lowest estimate on the spot and scheduled for the job. Returned with a longtime co-worker as scheduled, (even a bit early) and completed the work in under 4 hours. Owner Ryan also operates a junk yard, so we did not have to pay landfill fees. Very personable young man. No language problems at all. Would recommend unconditionally.

Called saying that other customers were cancelling appointments due to rain so they could come early. Maybe because they therefore had extra room in the truck, they took more than what I thought I paid for. Also assessed the possibility of scheduled visits for yard waste and clearing parts of the land. Great experience.

The guys were prompt, professional and very helpful. To clear the crawl space, they had to negotiate through our overcrowded basement, nonetheless they managed to clean out the area quickly. After loading up the stuff from under the house and the brush and debris from the side yard, the truck was not quite full, so the guys patiently followed me around and picked up the odd stack of old fence pickets and such. They also removed some old trellis panels that were stacked in my garage even though they had to remove the stuff that I wanted to keep that was on top of the stack. We will certainly hire Rhino Hauling again. I did mention an overcrowded basement, didn't I?

Ryan called me very promptly to schedule and give an estimate. He and his helper hauled away 2 truckloads in a short time. His price was reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes I got.

It went very well with us. We found that they were cheaper than commercial people who charges $550 to $700 on pulling away some dirt but they charge it for only $250. We will probably use them again. They seem very nice, efficient, reasonably priced and timely.

I have used other 'finicky' trash haulers, and they usually ding me for ANY concrete. Plus they throw trash in their truck like amateurs. | |Rhino didn't blink at a couple of fencepost concrete pilings, and they crammed MUCH more trash into the load than others. Blink, and your trash is gone and the area swept clean. I will use Rhino from here out.

They removed gravel by using a shovel and gathering it all up so I could put in some new plants there. Also they came to pick up all of the remodeling junk that accumulated. Wood. Plastics. They are fast. Polite. I am going to use them again!

The folks from Rhino were very communicative and professional with me. They came and removed some stuff from our garage per my request and did it in a very efficient manner. I am very likely to use them again!

They called an hour before the scheduled time and asked if it was ok if they could come 15 min early and I was fine with that. They removed a stack of wood beams (amount equivalent to pick up truck bed) which that had nails sticking out of them, an old refrigerator and a bunch of other junk. They told me i had about twice the amount that the coupon listed and I paid them an extra $80 which was fair. They were very professional and I would use them again.

My experience with Rhino's Hauling was great. They were a half an hour late, but apologized profusely and actually reduced the total of my bill to reflect their tardiness. I need to mention that their being late wasn't really their fault, either. There's a Jr. High School half a block from my house that seriously slows down traffic for three blocks. If you get caught in that traffic, there's no way out. On top of that, the main thoroughfare leading up to my street was undergoing some serious construction and I had personally been caught in that traffic as well. Regardless of why they were late, they did more than they needed to do to make up for it. The haulers were professional and I was very impressed by how quickly they worked. A large part of their hauling involved dragging garden waste through the main foyer of our home. By the end of the job, that foyer was covered with dirt and other small pieces of debris. The icing on the cake was that they did a great job cleaning up! I would definitely use Rhino's again.
