I gave the company a call and told them the time and date that I wanted them to come too my house and they agreed. Then on that they showed up promtly. I showed them the stuff that I wanted to get rid of and they got right to it. They were very polite the whole time.

Rhino is very quick to respond, super quick/easy to schedule... they're on time, they listen, work quickly, they're nice guys, and on top of all that, they're extremely reasonable! I love them. If I had any junk left, I'd call them again!

It was good. They did the work to my satisfaction by hauling away some junk and some other work.

The services were purchased as a big deal. I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule a date and time. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment in the time frame I desired. The appointment was for 10:30 but they were running slightly behind and had the courtesy to call as early as feasible to notify me and to inquire if the appointment would still work for me. Once at my house, the representatives were polite, friendly and efficient. There were no surprises and the job was performed expediently. I would definitely use this company again. They were professional, accessible and a pleasure to work with.

They were available a little earlier than scheduled, so they called to make sure it was OK. They moved very quickly, getting a large sectional sofa, large pieces of wood, a bed frame and a bunch of other junk out of the garage. There were also several garbage cans in the backyard (left over from a questionable provider my daughter hired for me off of Craigslist) filled with more junk and dirt. They then moved inside to remove more old furniture and storage shelves (breaking some down to fit into the truck better) and a wall mirror (about 8' x 10' - extremely heavy) that they carefully taped up before attempting to move. They cleaned up any small debris left over (they started cleaning up a pile of dirt on the cement in the backyard too, but I stopped them because I didn't want them to waster their time on something I could handle myself). The whole thing only took about 1 hour. The deal was $111 for an 1/8 of a load; everything I had pretty much filled up the panel truck they had, so there was an extra $300 charge (which included a discount for recyclables). Pretty good value considering the $99 dumpsters usually work out to be closer to $300, and if I'd gone with one of those I would have still had to load it up myself. All 3 guys were very personable and professional, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

These guys were great! They had a cancellation so were able to come earlier than scheduled. I had a few very big pieces that I thought would be difficult to remove through a tight space but they were able to do it without breaking a sweat. it had rained and muddy but they cheerfully cleared out all my junk from the yard and garage. They worked fast and cleaned up after, couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely use these guys again.

It was great! They came in and hauled it ALL away within 60 minutes. Now the only thing on the side of my house is some wood planks and lots of weeds. The only negative would be that they left a trail of dirt from the side of the house, across the deck, to the other side of the house, out the gate and across the driveway. It would have been nice if they cleaned that up...that being said...it was not a big enough issue. It was very easy for me to sweep it all up myself...no worries. I was too HAPPY to finally have that mess of junk GONE!

Three people showed up and they were at my house for about 35-40 minutes. They were very professional.

It was good. Everything was fine. They were very nice and there were no extra charges on top of the big deal price. We had a little extra stuff but they took it anyway without charging. It was a pretty simple process. We had pre-staged all the stuff so that they did not have to go hunting around for it but that was our preference. This was the first time that we used them and they were great. They were very helpful and not stickler for details like it had to weigh so much or something like that. They were pretty accommodating and their price was reasonable compared to having to rent a debris box or something like that. What they are essentially competing against is some sort of a debris box that we would sell out and have hauled away. The nice thing was that their quantity was smaller so it pretty much exactly matched what we had because they took two cubic yards and most of the smallest debris boxes take six cubic yards or something like that.

WE couldn't have been more pleased....in expensive, thorough, prompt, complete. These guys knew what to do and how to do it. The company was able to accommodate our request within 36 hrs. They're really an excellent company with great workers..they go above and beyond the requested duty, and thorough clean-up.

Everything was fast and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, sweeping multiple times and leaving no muddy footprints.

Rhino hauling were great. I spoke to Rian and he arranged an appointment for the following saturday that i requested right away and after i texted him some photos of the debris to be removed he made sure to bring a truck of the correct size as it was a lot of stuff. He was very responsive and easy to contact. Manny and his crew turned up exactly on time and worked very hard, i was amazed they could move that much stuff in just 1 hour. They were very professional and asked me to walk through to make sure they had everything picked up that we wanted. They did a very thorough job and left the area very tidy. Overall very happy with the company, felt their price was reasonable for the work that i requested and i would definitely use them again if i have any haulage needs.
