Great, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

They were punctual, very polite and completely cleaned out the space we needed to empty by dragging out very heavy pieces of wood from a dismantled chicken coop. Excellent!

The crew arrived on time and worked very diligently. There was a lot of debris to haul away from an awkward location and they tackled it without complaint. The volume (yards) exceeded what we estimated, but the excess they charged was very reasonable--no gouging. I will definitely use them again.

Not one complaint. They did what they said they would do.

The entire experience was painless. The Rhino's guys arrived on time, worked diligently, and were on their way with a fully-loaded truck in 2 hours max (probably less time, but I didn't really pay attention to the clock while they were here). They were easy to communicate with, flexible, and very efficient. I bought a "deal" for their service on Angie's List but lost track of the expiration date. When I finally got around to sorting out the garage mess, it turned out that the deal had actually expired a few days before I called them to schedule a pickup. They graciously agreed without any hesitation to extend my deal for a couple of weeks. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who joins me in The Lifetime Pack Rat Club. (And my garage is now so empty I could probably use it as a dance hall!)

They were on schedule and did what they were supposed to. I was pleased with their work.

They arrived on time, and immediately let me know that there was more to collect than would be covered by the Angie's List Big Deal coupon we'd bought, we were expecting this, and the team did a reasonable amount of work to collapse and compress what we did have to minimize the total volume and there for price of the job. They worked quickly, and separated out things that would be recycled, reused, and brought to the landfill. They were very personable and swept the patio clean when they were done. The only reason I gave lower marks for responsiveness was that i was promised to be contacted within 48hrs from buying the coupon and it took a week. Otherwise, good work done once we were scheduled.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for two cubic yards of hauling. Rian emailed me right away with his phone number so I could set up an appointment. We set one up for the following Saturday (about a week away). Saturday came and went, and no Rian. However, when I called on Sunday he called me right back he was very apologetic and explained he'd been having problems with his iPhone deleting his calendar entries. He told me he wanted to make things right and to let him know when he could come over and get my stuff. I told him that later that day would be great. Three hours later, the truck was pulling into my driveway and he and his helper, Dominic, loaded up all my stuff in about 15 minutes. He and Dominic cleaned up well and there is no litter or anything in my driveway or my yard. The coupon was for two cubic yards of stuff, and I had somewhat more than that--he gave me a great price break on taking away the overage, saying that the delay was his fault and he felt he should take care of it. I appreciate the courtesy and his prompt efforts to make things right. I will definitely call him again when I need stuff hauled away (hopefully soon--we need to do some cleaning in the garage...).

I called to make sure they could do the work I was asking them to do before going with a deal from angie's list (for $90, they would haul an eighth of a load, approximately 2.25 cubic yards) I told them I had a pile of bricks I needed taken care of and a pile of dirt. I wasn't sure how much hauling I would need, so I asked up to how much they could handle in one load and what it would cost for additional hauling if my estimations of work were off. Well, apparently, my measurements were off (I did just eye-ball it). They hauled the bricks away, and hauled an over-filled trash can, but did not touch the dirt pile. The hauler I spoke with explained that it was a larger job than anticipated and that he didn't have the right truck for it. I don't remember if they actually measured the load or just eyeballed it. I had originally ordered the hauling service specifically for the dirt pile and would have been ok paying a good deal more than the $90 to have it all hauled away that day, but since they didn't have the right truck for the job, it would have meant re-scheduling another day and I just didn't really have the time to reschedule another appointment. I unfortunately do not remember the names of the guys who came to haul everything away, but I do remember that they WERE professional and courteous. It was frustrating that they were not able to handle the work that I needed them to, but I do understand that they could not do it with the equipment they had. They quoted me to have the dirt pile handled, it was very expensive ($400). I might have actually paid it if they could have handled it that same day, but they were not able to. I feel I could have communicated my needs to them better, however, I do believe I explained I wanted the dirt pile handled when I spoke with them on the phone. When I need to do it, I feel like if it's going to be that expensive to haul, I'll rent a dumpster and fill it myself for a quarter of the price.

A very peasant experience. It was easy to arrange -- just one phone call. Everyone was polite and cheerful.

Rian usually answered the phone whenever I called. He was flexible with the day I wanted them to come. I had to cancel an original date. I called him in a few days and he said he could come today. They will take mattresses and/or furniture, but you will need to cover the dump fees. He is easy to work with. They're efficient. He said that we did not have to be there. I'm not sure about the pricing, but I think that was the minimum charge. I think it includes 6 cubic yards.

After calling and talking to Rian on the phone, he came over and gave us an estimate the next day! We had more estimated then we planned on doing, and Rian called me personally to work within our budget to optimize what needed to get done before the rain. We compared his rates to a few of the competitors, and his were still cheaper even with the personal service and flexibility. 2 guys showed up and hauled dirt, rock, and sand out from our property and even offered to take some extra items laying around! They were professional and respected our gardens. They even parked the truck on the street to avoid possible damage to the newly paved driveway. I was VERY impressed with their service, and I recommend them highly!

It went very well; they arrived early, pointed out some concerns and were very efficient and polite. We were very impressed by how little time, overall, it took to eliminate the structure, considering its size. There was an increase in the cost. I would highly recommend that people thoroughly discuss the job ahead of time with them. I did do this, but apparently not thoroughly enough.

This is the second time I have used Rhino Hauling. Rian answered the phone, and scheduled. the work for the day after I phoned. Matty and his helper arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They were polite and professional, and cleaned up the area when they were finished.

Rhino Hauling owner responded the same day I requested the service. He was able to schedule the haul away on one of the days I requested and was very prompt.

It was a pleasure working with Rhino's Hauling. I received a call several days prior to my appointment confirming time and location and again on the day service was scheduled. ( I very much appreciated this communication. ;) The team of two worked quickly. They thoroughly cleared the area which I had designated while at the same time being respectful of surrounding areas. It was sooooooo easy. I just scheduled the pick up and they showed up that afternoon and picked it all up.

Everything went according to plan and I would use them again.

Rhino's Hauling was exemplary. An individual came to our home, introduced himself politely, offered to take his shoes off before entering, and asked to have me show him the job site. At the site, we discussed the items to be hauled and those to be left behind. He asked pertinent questions and was receptive to my input. He was concerned about the path he would have to take to get the stuff out of the house, not on his account but on ours, because there was no path that did not require going through narrow interior spaces on hardwood floors. I assured him that we knew the risks and wanted the work done regardless. The hauler completed the job quickly, quietly, efficiently, and cleanly. Before he left, he had me review and approve the work. He had left paint cans, per my instructions, but also left a set of shelves, which we had not discussed, because he thought we would need the shelves to store the paint cans. Thus, he demonstrated not only the virtues already discussed, but also showed initiative and consideration. I wholeheartedly recommend Rhino's Hauling.

When they called my back I was told my $89 wasn't sufficient for my hauling need. They'd need charge me up to $250 dollars total to haul away my satellite dish & pool table. Granted, the fine print of the coupon said that he'd haul "1/8th of a truck load". Who know what that means?? That's not giving me any real information to work with. I was incredibly disappointed & requested a refund of the Big Deal.

They were on time and worked until the job was done. I think the floor was a bigger job than anticipated but no one complained.

Went very well. They even swept up the patio.

Fast, courteous, excellent price; best of the three haulers I've used in the past year.
