Fine. The crew was punctual, efficient and courteous.

Couldn't have gone better! Initial and follow-up contacts were what was needed to schedule and confirm agreed date of service; courtesy call made to l me know theywere en route (at the time they were supposed to be nearing my house). Arrived righ on time. Loaded what we had left in a pile in the garage. Asked if we wanted anything else removed. Cleaned up all debris left from items loaded. Pleasant, professional young men. Good service.

They took everything for an additional cost. I paid about $75 additional cost to the $89 big deal. They met my expectations. They were really good.

great, they came on time, gave a quote and got to work right away and they swept up and were done in 20-30 minutes. no problems. now i can get around the side of my house without tripping and our back yard is free of debris! thanks!

What a great service! I called to schedule and appointment and got one right away. Very flexible on time. I was called by the gentlemen who performed the work, asking if they could come earlier. Worked out well. They showed up with 3 guys, were done super fast AND cleaned up the area from where they hauled all of our junk. How many companies go the extra mile? Not many. Will use Rhino again and recommend them.

I called on Saturday and they performed the work on Sunday. They called to confirm and arrived on time. I had two large piles of dried out tree branches that had to be dragged through my basement to their truck plus some large pieces of furniture and old TV. They left the basement cleaner than when they started. Rian and his two assts were polite and did the job quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Removed a BIG old sofa-bed couch and quite a few other large, heavy items including an old CRT television. The guys called to say they were running early and to see if it was ok to come before the scheduled time. You bet it was. They were in and out in about 15 minutes leaving nothing but a couple of dust bunnies. They took care not to damage the walls or doorways too and carried all the heavy items down my stairs. Loved the service and will definitely use them for an upcoming move too.

The 2 young men who showed up were right on time, very friendly and professional. We just walked them through the house and pointed out the items we wanted hauled away. They took care of all lifting and removing the items from the house. I also liked that they try to recycle or donate any items they can before taking them to a landfill. We will definitely be using this company again.

With an Angie's List Big Deal coupon in hand, I called the company and left a message in the morning requesting their services. I got a callback in the afternoon and made an appointment. They arrived on time and make a quick job of the hauling. They were polite and professional. Will definitely call them again for my next hauling.

Arrived, explained that we were over the amount quoted but gave a reasonable cost for the difference, loaded and out of here in less than an hour. Very pleased.

They (two gentlemen) arrived as scheduled, on time. After a brief introduction and an assessment of what needed to be done, they got right to work hauling away debris. They swept up diligently after they finished hauling away large, bunch-able pieces; ensuring that the areas where debris was lying and the paths they took to haul it all away were clean and tidy.

I had several items that I had removed from garbage to other household items.

Dominick and Michael arrived on time and were very professional. They removed all the leaves and debris, trimmed the vines and bushes, mowed the lawn, dug out weeds in the yard and planters, conditioned the soil, swept the patio and walkways clean and hauled away several shipping containers. The crew and their work was superior.

Personnel arrived promptly at the established time and date and were courteous and efficient.

They did a great job. Showed up on time (they even called to see if they could come a bit early, but that didn't work out since I was at work until the originally scheduled time). Everything was moved out into their truck quickly, and then it was all out of my hair. I can't say much about their regular rates since I used the "Big Deal", but for the Big Deal price I think we got more than fair value.

Talked a couple of times to set up the work to be done. Was not a big job, but he does anything from disposing of junk/non-recyclables to short-haul delivery of furniture, odds and "ands". Has proper equipment to do both. He gave me a quote over the phone based on my input and reconfirmed at time of pick-up. Reliable. Ran a little late, but gave me a heads-up -- always a plus for me.
