RAUL LOPEZ JANITORIAL SERVICE

The person from Raul Lopez Janitorial Service was very good. We liked that he was quick to come and give us an estimate. It took some time to actually get scheduled with him, but once we did he was on time. He and the crew cleaned about 35 windows in our house. He gave me a good deal. He was really nice. There were couple of windows that he missed, but once we pointed them out to him, he cleaned them really quick.

They have cleaned my house for several years and I plan to keep them around!

I believe this company is owned by two brothers, Jerry and Osvaldo Lopez. Last year, Jerry and his helper did my windows. This year it was Osvaldo and his helper. Their father is Raul, but he no longer does this work. I got an appointment about a week away. The first time, last year, the helper made a hole in a recently installed slider screen. Jerry was very cooperative about getting the screen re-strung and re-installed. This year there were no mishaps and the job was very satisfactory.

A supervisor quickly scheduled a time for the work to be done (accommodating the nap schedule of my young children). The men who did the work, were courteous and quiet. Any items that were blocking their way, were moved & returned carefully. The work was done efficiently and cleanly. The tracks & sills could have been more thoroughly cleaned, but overall, I was satisfied with the job done.

Ceiling and lights above cooking had become greased stained. My main concern was that while cleaning the ceiling that cleaning fluid or water should not run down onto our mainly white wallpaper. Job was done in less than two hours and much of that time was in ensuring that there were no missed spots or noticeable streaks left - very hard to see against the bright outside lighting. An excellent job and I would certainly use Raul Lopez Janitorial again.

WE'VE BEEN USING THIS FAMILY-RUN HOUSE-CLEANING SERVICE FOR OVER 12 YEARS. WE HAVE MADE A SET ARRANGEMENT WITH THEM TO CLEAN ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS. THEY ARE FLEXIBLE IF WE NEED TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB DOING GENERAL CLEANING AND WILL CLEAN OTHER SPECIFIC AREAS ON REQUEST.
