Description of Work: Sewer lateral cleaning

Description of Work: Check 50-foot sewer line and, since the join in the clay pipe to the city line was broken up, pull a new line through to remake the connection and put an access point in at each end. Note: the city line was 7 feet down at the back fence line, the access dug by hand.

Description of Work: I had our sewer lateral Camera inspected to see if there any obstructions and there were not. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Description of Work: I needed someone to come and repair the water pipe in the laundry room at my house. Marco from Proroto came and inspected the afected area quickly, then he proceeded to explain me with clear terms so that I can understand what was causing the problems in my house.

Description of Work: New sewer line, completely new bathroom with fixtures and tiling. Our sewer started backing up on Sunday evening, I thought no one would be available but I tried Pro Roto. Marco answered my call and he agreed to come out Monday morning at 8:30AM. Marco and his crew were punctual. Marco used his HD camera and found water trapped in the sewer line. He explained my options and we decided on a new sewer line from the bathroom to the street. Since our house is on a slab Marco mapped out a new route for the sewer outside and along the house. Concrete was cut and a new trench dug out. Since the bathroom needed to have the new sewer line, a new bathroom would be required. Marco and crew removed all of the old fixtures and jack hammered the concrete. In the mean time Marco ordered us a Honey Bucket (port-a-potty) for our use. While Marco did his work we looked at new bathroom fixtures. On a Saturday Marco brought a big crew and they laid out the sewer pipe. It was ready for new concrete. The new bathtub was put in place. Marco sub contracted the tile work and it turned out beautiful. The tile man even worked over the weekend. He knew we needed our one and only bathroom back. Not all heroes wear capes. A new toilet was installed and the villagers rejoiced. We were very happy to have a shower too. The vanity was ordered and took some time to get. Once it arrived Marco installed it right away. The bathtub and vanity faucets are top quality. Now we have a brand new sewer line and bathroom.

Description of Work: The pipes at my parents house were leaking. We had work done before by a different company that my parents found because they were less expensive. We sure learn a lesson that you get the quality you pay for.

Was impressed with their work and the way they made sure everything was in working order when they left and the area was clean and good as new. Description of Work: I needed a few different times and they were always available to come get the job done. The workers were very polite and explained everything in great detail.

Description of Work: We had a major leak in a wall. We hired one plumber and he told us it was a roof leak. So we had a roofer come out to tell us our roof was fine. We then hired Pro Roto to try to find the problem. Isahak came out and with in the hour told us our pipe in the wall had a crack in it. We open the wall and sure enough a 9 inch crack running the length of the pipe. Wow. Thank you.
