Excellent. Everything went perfectly. They installed new small appliances that I already had.

It was awhile ago, so the drama of it all has receded considerably in my memory...I only remember being impressed with the fellow's determination to get it fixed speedily and correctly.

Usually I find him very reasonable and they are so prompt. I called them on Monday morning and they said that they'll be there within an hour and they were. They are excellent and I use them all the time. They are extremely prompt and come within a few hours of when you call them. If they make an appointment, they are there when they say they are going to be there. Everyone is well spoken and polite. They work cleanly and I'm a big fan. I've never had any problems.

They haven't billed me yet; they are a little slow on billing but that is okay with me. I have been talking with them about some other work so they may be waiting to see if I have them do additional work. I am looking at some more complicated things including a gas line and I think that maybe their knowledgeable gets less with more complicated work. I have talked to some other plumbers about the work and they seem to have a little more knowledgeable about the ins and outs in that aspect of things. I have used them before. They are pretty good. They are responsive and organized. I am considering not using them for the larger job. Their prices are competitive. When I call I usually have to leave a message and he normally gets back to me the next day. It is a smaller company. I may go with another company for the complex job I need done.

I think they are terrific. They completed the work. I don't know how much we spent because they haven't sent the bill yet. It was great and they were fine. They answer the phones, they return calls, and they come. They come when they say they are going to come. This was the first time I used them and I will use them again.

They arrived only a few minutes after I called to make the appt. I wish that I had realized that they charge $120/hour though, as I thought that was pretty steep. Took them 3 hours to clear the line so we were billed $360 total for the service call.

The work went very smoothly. Proplumbing was extremely flexible in working with us to schedule dates when the water and sewer would be cut-off. When we had some problems with the lawn sprinklers afterwards, Tony came out to fix them.

They came the next day which was good since I had standing water in the shower. They snaked the drain and insisted on showing me all of the hair, yuck. They did what needed to be done.

Showed up within 1/2 hour as promised. Professional. Reasonable prices. Gil was really nice.

Excellent! Everyone we interacted with was clear, attentive, professional, experienced, collaborative, and personable. They said what they were going to do and did what they said. They promptly answered any questions we had. They worked through an unexpected challenge gracefully and supportively. They did a very good job tidying up and maintaining a safe work site at the end of each day, and fully cleaning up at the end of the job. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Very impressive. They arrived within 20 minutes of a specific estimated arrival time. I did not need to set aside a multi-hour window of availability.

They responded quickly to the initial drain emergency (we could not use the kitchen sink) very quickly. Work involved replacing the u-trap under the sink, moving the washer and dryer and cutting into the garage wall, and working under the house. A crew was sent in and they did the work quickly. They were very professional and cleaned everything away after they finished. That job cost approximately $1400. The second job was more complex. They again explained what would be done, and sent in a crew to finish the project. They did everything from obtaining the permits to being present for the final inspection. Again, they worked quickly and did all cleanup. They allowed us to do our own sheetrocking to reduce the cost. During the job they found dry-rot damage under the house and advised us of repairs that should be made in that area. The job cost exactly what they estimated: $6300.

I called and got a next-day appointment. The worker showed up promptly and got to work. He was done in about 40 minutes. Everything was tidied up and done to my satisfaction.

I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY FOR A FEW DIFFERENT EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THE PROFESSIONALISM IS COMPLETE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WAY THEY TREATED THE CUSTOMER AND THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT.
