+ -1 moreI live in a pricey neighborhood where the local services seem to be pricier. Nessi was professional, did a good job, was on time, but charged 2 hours including a significant amount of time spent talking to me about non-business related matters. I have the impression this isn't unusual in this neighborhood (Palo Alto).
Description of Work: Nessi changed my outlet to one that would service an European appliance.

+ 0 moreThey have done a lot of work for us over the years. They are responsive and their prices are entirely appropriate for this area. It is a family owned business and we really have had good response from them over the years. We have referred them to other people and they have been thrilled.

Description of Work: Determined a source of electrical shock from an improperly installed dishwasher and garbage disposal; fixed wiring; installed a new GFI plug in kitchen.
