Description of Work: I was impressed by the quality of work however I noticed some minor issues with the work that I have been waiting forever to fix . He would commit for a date and not show up or not complete the repair in its totality . I wish that he were a little more professional in providing support for the projects he already did even if its not a big revenue generator for him . He needs to sustain the level of trust that establishes when he takes up a project .

Description of Work: Created new junction box for the installation of a ceiling light. Also, did the complete wiring and switch installation for the same, running the wires in the through the attic. Miro was extremely diligent and careful in this work.

+ 3 moreMiro and his wife Nada did a great job. They are very friendly and trustworthy - we ended up giving them a key to the house. They are creative and their work is of high quality. They came in substantially lower on total price than any other offer we got. Yet they did exactly what they said. We made them commit the project in detail on paper and handled all changes through written change orders which was a good idea. We are very happy with the work they did and are currently hiring them again for the next project. Note: They are not currently licensed.
Description of Work: Extra garage was converted into family room by previous owner. We separated it into 3 rooms: guest bedroom, guest bath, and office. New walls, electric, custom shower pan, plumbing, new vanity, toilet, tiling, lights, doors & trim.
