 + -1 moreThis was the reason I joined Angies list. John McCarthy showed up on time for estimate, workers showed up promptly day of job, price was very competitive, workers were courteous and cleaned up nicely upon completion of tree removal.
Description of Work: Removal of 30 ft tree that had fallen in my backyard, also trimming and topping of several other trees.

 + -1 moreThey were able to schedule the work within two calendar days of my phone call. They arrived early to complete the work. They hauled away most of the debris from their work. The overall job was very professionally done.
Description of Work: They lifted the canopy and thinned out the tree by 20% and they topped off the crown of the tree.

 + -1 moreWork was scheduled quickly--only two days after McCarthy gave me an estimate. The two-man crew that showed up were highly skilled, efficient and courteous. The pruning and clean-up were finished within two hours.
Description of Work: Pruned a large Chinese elm in neighbor's backyard back to our common fence line (work was done with neighbor's permission), and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: David Pasero came out to provide advice on some sickly pines and estimates for pruning several other trees. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided the quote on the spot. I then twice faxed a request in to schedule the work with no response. I then tried calling, but for several times got transferred immediately to voice mail and the message that there was no room for additional messages. I finally got through and scheduled the work, but they never showed up. With that, I gave up trying to do business with them.
