Very refreshing to work with an expert (Nolan) so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and safety-conscious. He gave us options for repair or replace or upgrade and answered all questions. He arrived/completed work within time estimates. The company kept us informed of schedule or changes. They got the job done! While we decided to repair heater for now, we hope to work with them again soon on a replacement.

Price ended up being more than I had expected, but they did clean work!

Furnace was tripping and wouldnt stay on. Serviceman found that spider webs had clogged the limiter switch. Cleaned, tested and left in good working order.

bought the 2 hour service special from angieslist. appointment was made pretty easy in a short time, and they came in time. they were very professional, completed the job without any problem, and gave me very useful tips on my furnace. the only thing is that they counted the time needed to get to my place, so i only ended up with about 1.5 hours of work.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Mariucci Heating. From quote to scheduling to installation, I felt that they went the extra mile to make my experience pleasant and smooth. The installation went according to plan and I am very happy with my new (very) efficient furnace.

Marcucci Heating Inc gave me a discount because I had an Angie's List coupon. They were on time and thorough. Everything was perfect. I sat and watched them and they checked all the joints for leaks.

Nothing needed to be repaired. They were very easy to work with both via email and over the phone. Showed up on time, professional, polite, and explained what they were going to do and what they did. Certainly keeping them in my list of 'go to' companies.

The whole process took about an hour and a half. The technician was pleasant and friendly through out, and the house was never messy or dusty. I enjoyed meeting him and learning from him about this system which is new to me.

We used the first hour of the Angie's List deal to diagnose the problem and the second hour to fix it. The technician observed the problem, was very methodical at inspecting the parts. I had to supply the schematics, which I found on-line. Without those, we would have wasted a lot of time. He called around and figured out which kit we needed. The price was adjusted upward from an estimate of 208 to an actual charge of 225. But we were thrilled to have a repaired furnace for about $300 instead of paying five times that for a replacement with the same specs.

Overall it all went very well from setting up the appointment to the examination of my furnace & air conditioner. This was the first time I had them checked since they were installed nine years ago. I was not having any problem, but just wanted to make sure everything was ok. My furnace is located under my home, so it's not easy for me to get to it. Also, my furnace does not have a filter that needs changing, but does have an automatic pilot light, so I don't have to be checking them.

A representative of Marcucci Heating and Air answered my phone call, gave clear and concise information, set up an appointment to come to give us an estimate for a new heater and also possibly an air conditioner. He arrived right on time on the day scheduled, and was thoughtful and informative. He explained options, made suggestions, and promised to send a written estimate ASAP. The estimate came very quickly, and included several options that we could choose or ignore. After signing and faxing the contract for the heater, air conditioner and air filter we chose, we were able to arrange the installation to fit our work schedules. The servicemen arrived promptly on the days scheduled. They were completely professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were very willing to explain everything, answer questions and demonstrate all of the equipment. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended Marcucci Heating and Air to neighbors and friends.

Everything went well. They showed up on time, did the inspection and fixes without any problems. They didn't have a replacement ignitor switch on hand, so they had to come back the next day to replace it. They were punctual and very professional. No complaints from me.

First call to the company made it obvious that I am dealing with professionals who are smart and human. From evaluation and estimate (Nolan) to the actual completion (Mike), it was a great experience. Next day got a phone call from Nolan to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and problem solved. Definitely will use the company in the future.

I recommend this company without hesitation. As a first time home buyer, I had signed up for a home warranty (looking back I wouldn't!). After contacting the warranty company, they sent out a specific HVAC repair company to assess what had gone wrong with the house's furnace. What a racket home warranty is! I was told the furnace burner element was cracked and I needed to replace the unit completely. A quote of roughly $2900 was given. I did some research on Angie's List and found Marcucci Heating and gave them a shot since they came with good ratings. Julio came out to inspect my furnace. Not only did I learn that the furnace was FINE, it was just in need of a tune up (fan delay shutoff). Being mechanical myself, Julio did a great job explaining how things worked and showed me exactly what he was doing to service my furnace, step by step. Even if you are not mechanically inclined, I would not hesitate to recommend Marcucci Heating for any HVAC work that you may need. When it comes time to replace my furnace or other items within the HVAC system, these guys have my business.

I had a positive experience with them. The only reason I didn’t use them was because their price was high. Overall they were very responsive and they responded to all my questions and they answered all correctly. I would have used them if their price was a little lower than others. I would recommend them to others.

They are a great company. They are prompt and had really great prices. We had an old heater and instead of coming in and saying that we need to replace the whole thing, they said why don’t we just replace the fan and we can get a couple of years out of it. They were really nice. Their customer service was wonderful. They were polite, courteous, and they were on time. We are really happy with them. I would say definitely if you have any air conditioning or heating issues, call them first. We are going to have air conditioning installed and we know we are going to have them do it because we trust them.

Everything about them was very positive. They came on time, they made an effort to evaluate what needed to be done, and he was just a really positive guy. He told me what needed to be done and he set up a time when someone could come and do it. He came oversaw the work then discussed cleaning my heating vents and gave me a fair price to do that. I think he was very smart about how to resolve the problem with my dryer.

Excellent. In addition to the rating above, here was one problem they did not anticipate and one inadvertently cause by them. They immediately dealt with both problems with no increase in price. I hired them from a personal recommendation and Diamond Certified.

I have an older furnace, which crashed early this morning. Rather cool day and wife is under doctor's care. Searched around; called a couple of companies on Angie's list but all were busy - one cited 24 hour emergency service and when I said I could wait till later in the night to take advantatge of that, they said that only referred to weekends (was not clear in their material). Anyway, Ryan at Marcucci sent out Nolan who actually does sales and estimates). Nolan came right out, assessed the problem and fixed it. Then did a general checkup of the system. Nice fellow...told me what he was doing as he did it; and told me what to look for. He completed everything within and hour and we were up and running. Thanks to Ryan and Nolan for making it happen!

This was the first time I have used them. They were efficient. They showed up on time. They followed up. The price was good. They came twice for the work. Their clean-up was perfect; they were spot-on. Their efficiency stood out.

I would not think of ever using anyone else for a new heating system. They did everything they promised and more. They were honest, straightforward reasonably priced, professional, on time and there were no surprises at the end of the job. Nolan, Ryan, Mike and Julio are a great group of guys. I live in an old house in San Carlos and I recently had Marcucci install central heating and air conditioning. I'm so happy with the final result and I don't fear hot summer days anymore. The whole process was flawless, starting with the estimate. Ralph spent time answering all my questions and giving me options to consider. Once the contract was signed they started work in three weeks. I was really nervous about selecting where the heating vents would go in my nice hardwood floors, but that went smoothly and I like where they were placed. The crew started on time every day and finished the job in three days as promised. At the beginning of each day, the leader would explain what they were going to be doing that day, so I knew what was happening. They are a hard-working team and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Once the heating and air conditioning systems were installed, they gave me a good tutorial on how to use everything. Both units are working perfectly. I have highly recommended Marcucci to my friends
