I asked for interest in my project and did not even get a reply.

Jordan did a great job. Only complaint is it was very hard to get a written estimate from him. Also, we never received a written receipt after the work was completed.

Lopez gave me a competitive quote and was very eager to get the job. Once the job started, we realized that Lopez had overbooked with other jobs and had a difficult time juggling between projects. About 10 days into the job, he called me to say the fence was finished and he wanted the rest of his money asap. I inspected the job and noticed that they had skipped on a number of bolt washers for the concrete post holders. (this is something I had confirmed with him). I called him to come back and finish this last item but he was not very happy. Eventually, he came over one evening and installed the missing bolt washers. I asked him to give me an "paid" invoice when he received my check. He promised to drop off the invoice later. That has not happened 2 weeks after the completion. I am reluctant to recommend this contractor.

We needed two new gates installed to replace existing gates that were no longer functional. I called Jordan and he came by that night to give me an estimate. We agreed to a price and he was out that Saturday to do the work. He used quality materials and his crew was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Jordan was very responsive via phone and text. He isn't bonded, but he has personal insurance that covers him. He's a hard worker with great customer service skills and he builds strong, quality fences. He also had the great idea of installing a latch that can be locked/unlocked from either side of the gate. He was by far the cheapest quote, but his work doesn't show it. I really appreciated his work ethic. He guarantees his work and told me even if there's a problem three years down the road to contact him to come out to fix it free of charge.

Went well. Jordan came to house a day or two after mt call, we agreed on price and job, he brought materials on Friday and completed job in one day on Saturday. Job included taking down and taking away debris from old fence and constructing new fence. Construction is excellent. He was always quick to pick up a phone call and was very responsive. Price is probably not the cheapest but quality appears to be top notch.

They were awesome. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very personable. They took care of the property and took care of the fence. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a phenomenal job. They were good with the price. I'm going to call them again if I need another thing done. I would recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job, very clean and the fence looks fantastic. Jordan also replaced the post at my gate that was also failing and now the gate works beautifully. Jordan was very patient and informative as I had a ton of questions. I will use him again when I replace the two side fences that are also wearing out.

Work was started early on a Sunday and completed late the same day. Jordan is from Guatemala, his English is more than acceptable. His helpers (2) were also pleasant and knowledgeable at their trade. We would use his services again!!

Jordan Lopez is extremely personable and easy to work with, as well as very knowledgeable re fencing. I did an extensive amount of research as well as obtaining a number of estimates and talking at length with the estimators. It became clear that Jordan was offering quality work at a reasonable price, and he was willing to negotiate somewhat. The quality he offered even exceeded, to some extent, that which was offered by another much larger A-listed Angie's List company. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I would suggest, however, that future customers remove any items possible (potted plants, etc.) from the area to be fenced and watch closely, or call attention to, any plantings not removable. The workmen tend to work quickly and perhaps not as carefully as one would hope. I did call this to Jordan's attention.

Working with Jordan was great. He was responsive to my quote request and showed up right on time to look at the damaged fence and measure for his price quote. In fact he was early and completely finished by the time I arrived. Even better. He is knowledgeable about different options and asked the right questions to get me what I needed. Bonus was that he is very price competitive and beat the nearest other bid considerably. He was able to get started on the job a couple of days after we agreed to go forward and completed the project in a single day. I would recommend highly recommend you consider Lopez Fence.

Jordan did an excellent job. He was here when he said he would be and completed the job in the time he estimated. He kept a neat worksite and communicated clearly so we knew what to expect.

Jordon promptly came out and provided a quote after my call. I work quite a distance from home, so he came by in the evening. He showed up on the day and time he said he would. It was a big job, but he and his crew finished it in just a couple of days. The quality of the work was top notch at a fraction of what other fence contractors quoted. He also did a few more repairs on his own initiative without charging for them. I have since used Jordon to do a few other odds and ends around my house. He's handy beyond just fences. More importantly, he's also straight up when he doesn't think he has the expertise to do a quality job. From our first meeting, he struck me as an honest and hard working individual. Over the course of our dealings, he has proven me right.

That was above the target that I expected. He has done several things for me. It's a one-man operation. His name is Jordan Lopez. I don't know if he is a licensed contractor. He is a very nice and very well spoken person. He did an excellent job. Based on the quality of his work, other neighbors in my immediate neighborhood had work done by him. He operates throughout the Bay Area. I was completely satisfied with the quality of his work. Unlike with a lot of people, the job was done right the first time at a very reasonable cost. Over the course of the last year he had been back purely on his own just to check and make sure that the quality was remaining. I think that's outstanding. The price was half of what some of the yellow pages fencing companies were charging. I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors. It was actually very nice to work with somebody who was just an agreeable person. He understands how to do the work and gets it done. In other words, his communication is very clear. If there is anything that we don't think is right, it just gets fixed. He has to rely on word-of-mouth to grow his business and get additional jobs.
