So efficient, so strong, fast, and careful. Price was very reasonable for what the 3-man team did for the volume they hauled away. I would call them again for sure for next cleaning.

Excellent - I had just called the day before. They were on time, bid was fair. They removed all items efficiently and quickly. Will definitely request Chris with Junk King again.

They were scheduled to give an estimate and pick up, they did not pick up that day. I scheduled again for pick, rushing home again for the appt. Again, they gave another estimate and did not pick up. I gave them a third chance, scheduled a time and this time, they didnt call until 1.5 hrs after our scheduled time frame. In the end, they recommend rescheduling yet again. After 3 strikes, I wont work with this company.

I did not have a chance to tell anyone along the way that I had only a modest batch ready for removal. Onsite rep said, "I can tell you've never used our service before." He was unsure how to charge for small load. On the other hand, if I'd had an apartment FULL of stuff, the two guys would have suffered, manpower-wise. I accept my full 50% blame if I misunderstood anything along the way. Also, I tipped, but it somehow didn't seem enough...ho-hum...if less fee, I could have tipped more. I otherwise am grateful for timeliness, sturdy staff, good attitude. Got my money's worth. Thank you.

Seamless response. I booked on line to remove junk from clearing out our house for a move, they confirmed via email. The day of the appointment, they called with a heads-up and showed up within 10 minutes. Based on volume of junk, they gave me an estimate and had everything loaded in 15 minutes. They even honored a Angie's List coupon that I couldn't print out because I had packed my printer!

They were professional and very informative. While I didn't want any of the items, I knew someone would. They talked to me about how they filter through all items, and donate items, and reuse items, and recycle. It was amazing all that the company does, and made me feel better about utilizing them as I didn't want to take the time to do all of that. I will definitely use them again next spring when I clean out a big shed in my backyard!!!!

I was quoted a price which was more then I had, told him what amount I had and he adjusted what I could get rid of and worked out great for me. The guys were right on time and were friendly and didn't mind the spiders in some of the stuff!

There was a bit of delay since it was busy day and they had a couple of other stops (even though we had the 8-10a slot). However, once they reached our home, they were really efficient and cleared out everything in 15 mins.

I received a call before the window of time I was given. That was already a big plus. Three friendly and polite crew showed up, and I explained what need to be removed. They did amazing job given the room they had to remove a bed and a carpet was small, filled with stuff, and dirty. All that with no complaining, just nice smiling. Next time I need a hauling project, I would definitely call Junk King. They were just wonderful.

It went well. There were no additional charges. They are reasonably, quick and honest. They were in and out in 20 minutes. I helped them out. All they had to do was load it on the truck.

They were unable to make the scheduled appointment but they called to let me know. Staff was friendly and finished the job quickly.

We had to reschedule twice throughout the day since their previous jobs took longer than expected but they called and kept me informed. When they did arrive they were very fast an efficient. They got all of our junk loaded and was gone in about 20 minutes. It was great. The guys were very nice. We didn't have time to pile everything in one location but they went everywhere to pick things up to load and were very accommodating. We are excited about our new found space.

They were timley, and removed all items within an hour. They gave me estimates on removing more items which were competitive with other bids. Overall I'd hire them again and recommend the service.

They were terrible! They did not show up on time. I ended up having to move everything for them to haul out. It just did not work out for me. I was not satisfied. They missed their 9-11 window by 4 hours and they did not give me an update about how they were running behind schedule.

The two heavy, unwieldy, appliances were moved out of a house, onto a tiny landing, down a long, narrow, flight of exterior stairs, and out of my life. I consider what I was charged for that service more than fair. I was pleased with my initial phone contact with Junk King and happy when I received the receipt for payment online promptly. The two men who moved the appliances were on time. Super polite and friendly. Junk King is a professional operation I will definitely call on again.

In the end, they did what they promised. They took a load of junk, and arrived within the window they gave me (barely). However, they told me repeatedly that the driver would call 15-20 minutes before arriving, and they did not. I had purchased a pre-paid load through Angie's List. I had a difficult conversation with the driver trying to figure out how much they were going to take.

There was some confusion about the size of the truck and the advertised price. But after the explanation they picked up the limited amount they said they advertised. I just was hopping that the amount of the load would be larger. I had to call someone else to finish the job because they wanted too much for larger load. I would have used them on the spot for the rest of the load, since they were there already, if the price was not too high for me. I actually got better price from other company.

It was a good experience. They replied to my email faster than I expected, came on time, and did a good job quickly.

Actually arrived right at the start of the two hour window which was very nice not having to worry when they might show. Was fast and efficient. Had everything loaded before I could finish printing a receipt from Angie's list for their records.

They showed up on time, gave me a quote then took EVERYTHING (except for HAZ and paint of course) and did it quickly, even items up in the rafters. All of the guys were very polite and professional. In all they were here only 30 min from arrival to garage sweeping.
