Johnson's did a fantastic job removing four large pines between our house and the neighbor's. Kevin and the crew were punctual and polite. The crew was very methodical and safe, and they cleaned up well. Their price is very reasonable. We did our due diligence - checked references and insurance/liability.

I required residential tree trimming which was relatively extensive for a one-house residence. Johnson's Tree Care was recommended to my by my sister and bro-in-law. I'd recently seen the consequences of "cheap" trimmers when adjacent neighbor's trimmers cut a power line and started a fire! Seriously. So I was in no mood for bargain quality work. It took a while, nearly two weeks, to get Kevin to get back to me but my persistence paid off. He came to the property that same day and had excellent advice and guidance on what needed to be done, in a couple of cases versus what I thought needed to be done. Within a couple of days, Kevin and his crew of three experienced trimmers were out to my house. Umberto has 26 years with JTC! His brother Horacio "only" 18 years and Jesus was the "rookie" with 13 years. Once instructed, they worked the latter half of one day and were back early the next morning for another 3 1/2 hours. When I had to advise or request something, Umberto always listened carefully and was engaging and responsive. (Communication quality is a thing with me.) They did great work and the clean up and foliage chipping was miraculous. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. These guys are the real deal.

We have a large yard and have them come out every 2-3 years to trim and remove dead branches. Kevin and his team are easy to work with and the crew is very polite and does good quality work. Work was completed as quoted, in addition to some additional items taken care of at no extra charge. Team is professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will use them again on our next project.

Fantastic. He removed a truly gigantic Italian Stone Pine from my San Francisco backyard. It covered my back yard and extended into my neighbors' back yards. The multi-trunks were truly huge. The price was very reasonable, and everyone on the job was a pleasure to deal with. It was not easy getting the pieces out throgh the narrow passageway to the street. Even better, there was next to no damage to my camellias under the tree. Highest recommendation!

Perfectly. High quality work. Very reliable. Very easy to work with. Reasonably priced (I know because before our very first time with Johnson's Tree Service I had obtained a couple quotes from big name companies). Properly handles business including having appropriate insurance, providing clear quotes and invoices electronically and confirming payment of invoice electronically.

I have used Johnson's several times, and have had excellent results. But THIS time is really worth noting. A few weeks ago, a tall truck broke off a large branch from the street tree in front of our house. I called Johnson's Tree Care for advice. Not only did I get some good advice, but a crew came out the next week and repaired the damage to what was left of the branch. And they did it for free. In my opinion, this was super Customer Service and I would recommend Johnson's to everyone I know.

The team did an excellent job and did a ton of work for the price. They trimmed two Eucalyptus trees that were WAY overgrown, several oak trees, and a variety of other trees and shrubs on our property, including removing two that were unhealthy. They were flexible - doing more quiet work when we had some important work-at-home calls - and they left the property cleaner than it was when they got here. Highly recommend!

This is the second time that I have used Johnson's, and I definitely will use them again and again. Punctual, fulfilled safety measures, reasonable price, well-organized crew, good clean-up, and the trees look great and happy.

Estimate was provided quickly and was detailed and fair. Start date was provided upon acceptance of bid. Workers and supervisor were here on time the committed day. Was Completed that day and yard was cleaned up. Very professional and work was great!

They were here on time and Mr. Johnson reviewed with me exactly what was to be done. He then explained to his crew which trees needed to be trimmed and/or branches removed.. His crew immediately went to work to complete the job. They took care to not do any damage to my plants, flower pots, etc. They cleared all the branches, leaves, etc and my back garden was left clean with no visible signs of the work done. My trees look great and I highly recommend Johnson's Tree Care, Inc..

Everything went very well. No plants or other features in the front yard were harmed.The workers arrived on time and completed all work and cleanup in under 2 hours. It was a professional process from top to bottom. I have no buyers remorse.

All tree work was done per contract details. Kevin Johnson's crew was extremely professional and courteous. Roberto, leadman and tree climber, methodically and artistically trimmed all the large trees - his crew trimmed lower limbs and cleaned all fallen debris. All my trees look nicely trimmed and healthy now. My adjacent neighbors also commented on how nice our trees look. And, more importantly, how quickly the crew cleaned fallen debris from their backyards. I would use Mr. Johson's services again.

This project went very well. The price was much more reasonable than I had paid in the past. The crew also attended to several small requests that I had throughout the job. They did these tasks at no extra charge. They cleaned up the mess and lots of leaves that were on the property prior to the job. I appreciate it. I would hire Johnson's tree service again and highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

This is the 3rd time we've had Johnson's Tree Care trim our trees. They were able to get us a last minute spot the day after the estimate. Kevin the owner was at the site in the morning to walk through the details with his crew and also accommodated our schedule by coming the next morning (on Sat) to do a final walk through with us. They did a great job removing ivy from trees and trimming large oak trees. The one thing that is hard is to make the appointment for them to come out since the owner is usually on the road. It took a couple calls/texts but I kept at it because once they're out there, it's worth it.
