They came exactly as scheduled, took down the tree, cleaned up after themselves and all I had to do was write them a check and they were gone. it was a well executed job.

Arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and per agreement.

It went well. Kevin was very polite and professional. Work was done quickly. They arrived 2 hours early, which I liked but could have been a problem if I was not home. I recommend they call if they are going to change arrival time. I would highly recommend them for tree trimming services.

They were very nice and prompt, but I went with another company I had used before. Johnson's price was a little bit lower than the company I used, but the other company I used planted another tree when they took out the Mulberry. He showed up, reviewed everything that needed to be done and then gave me the quote. I was pleased with his prompt response of coming and give me an estimate.

Kevin was able to come and give an estimate within a week of our calling. He was punctual , knowledgeable , communicated and listened to our needs, and reasonable in price. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to give us an appointment within a couple of weeks of our initial estimate. He had two emergencies on two of the original scheduled times, but he called and informed us about it by phone, and we were able to reschedule. On the day of the work to be done, Kevin and his crew were able to trim the four trees , chop down the Asian pear tree, trim a persimmon tree, and also trim a lemon tree without us asking. They had to enter two neighbor's yards as well, in order to accomplish our job, and they were both pleased with the finishehd product. Kevin and his crew cleaned up the backyard thoroughly , swept up the patio of all debris. Everything looked neat and beautiful. We will definitely use Kevin again , and plan to have our trees trimmed by him every couple of years. Kevin is a true professional and his crew was great, also.

The tree looks beautiful now. There was not one pine leaf left on the ground. Clean up was fastidious. I would highly recommend Johnson's Tree Care!

Scott's crew did an excellent job and cleaned up all the limbs and branches. They had a chipper which speeded up the work. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They were prompt in coming out to give me the estimate and while doing the work. They are reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again for any tree service needs.

Within a few hours, the owner, Kevin Johnson, responded to my request for an estimate. He came out the next day to look at the job and got me an estimate that evening, just as he said he would. The estimate was very reasonable and we immediately got the job on his schedule. On the day of the job, the crew was right on time and working within minutes. They did a great job! They worked efficiently and were done in just about two hours. That included cleaning up the yard and taking away all of the cuttings. I am very satisfied with everything and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I had several trees that had not been pruned in years. I found Kevin on Angie'sList, and sent him an email. He responded immediately and came out to give me an estimate. I found the estimate to be in line with what I expected. In addition, Kevin noticed several branches on our cedar tree that were broken and posing a threat. We had not planned to trim the cedar tree, although we knew we'd need to do so eventually, so Kevin's guidance was invaluable to us. We agreed on the work and the price and scheduled a date. When the day arrived, Kevin and his team were right on time. In fact, they came a bit early as they knew that my husband had to take me to the airport, and they did not want to start work without our being there. When they started work on the cedar, Kevin noticed that there were far more broken branches than originally thought (this could have been because of the heavy rains). Kevin gave us an estimate for the additional work and we agreed. The team did a wonderful job on all the trees, and I am very happy with how my yard looks. In addition, the final bill was actually less than the estimate provided. I am very happy with the work done by Johnson Tree Services and will use them again.

Kevin called ahead of time before showing up for proving a quote. He showed up on time, and provided good suggestions on how he would trim my fruitless mulberry tree. He was very courteous and easy to work with. He said he would send a quote to my email, which I expected at earliest that evening, or within a couple days. I was surprised to have it in my email folder within a couple hours! And his quote seemed very competitive to other quotes I had received in the past so I emailed back that I would like him to do the work, and to let me know when he could come out. He gave me a call a little later and said that he had a customer scheduled for tomorrow delay the work until next month, so he wanted to know if tomorrow would be too soon. I said, that would be great! The next day Kevin and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job trimming the fruitless Mulberry and pulling the Junipers. I asked if his crew had time to do a few more trees for extra cost, and he did. Again, the quote for extra work was very reasonable. Kevin and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the project. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done. I will definitely use him again as our fruitless Mulberry tree grows like a weed.

Kevin and his crew were excellent. Pricing very competitive. They were on time and very experienced and professional. I asked Kevin if he could also prune a smaller tree in backyard and he was able to do it on the spot. The clean up was spotless. It was cleaner than before they did their job. I would definitely hire again.

Kevin was experienced in working with tree removal permit situations and as a result, improved our confidence in the process. He and his team were on-time, safe, efficient, and cleaned up everything. Also, we had a unique situation where we wanted to keep some of the wood from the tree for wood-working projects. Johnson's team was accommodating to having others around to select what portions of the tree would be keep for this purpose. It was a good experience.

Amazingly, but totally in character for Johnson's Tree Care, when all was done to perfection, Kevin and team meticulously cleaned all so well there was little evidence that they had ever been on site!! I can't emphasize how thoroughly professional this company and it employees were and I highly recommend them if you are interested in high quality and professional tree care at an excellent and reasonable price! Great! Kevin's quote came in way below all the services that were on the city's list. Plus he did the legwork of getting the tree, calling dig safe etc. He was prompt, professional, cleaned up, etc. the only reason why I ave a B on responsiveness was that I had to call a few times to confirm the original time to meet for the initial quote. But he is super busy and it all worked out great once we go ton his schedule - all communication was super prompt from there on out!

Called 2 companies for estimates. They were equally responsive and basically the same price ($20 difference). But Johnson's was more into it. They pointed out some pruning issues I hadn't thought of. Played phone tag with Henry for several days to confirm the work date, but then it was smooth sailing. Amazingly fast and clean compared to other tree services I've used over the years. No damage. That's partly because I did some advance prep; spent about an hour moving stuff out of the way and capping sprinklers in the area. Also, I asked in advance about the width of the stump grinder: 40 inches! Wasn't sure they'd be able to get it thru the backyard, past my herb garden and new bushes without doing damage, so I dug up a rosemary bush that was in the way and covered other bushes with patio furniture. It all worked out nicely. I was very pleased with the work and especially the clean-up.

Called to schedule get an estimate, verified that they service Union City, they confirmed that they do and told us they out swing by after another earlier appointment across the bay from us. They called and rescheduled. This happen a couple of times and after the third no show we stopped calling them back.

Johnson's Tree Care did an excellent job. Extremely professional. They did all they were supposed to do plus more. Supervisor was always there answering any questions I or the neighbors had.

Excellent work. On time start. 3 of the trees were not in our yard but were hanging over our yard and they cut them right back. Also added an extra tree for a minimal charge while they were there. The chipper broke down but I was constantly told what was happening and they cleaned up everything. The guys were very polite and Henry Vargas organized everything. The price was amazing for what they did.

Very professional work crew. They knew what they were going to do and went to work doing it. They took care not to damage anything and removed the cuttings, and left the work area clean and tidy. Had all the right equipment to complete the job efficiently and in a timely manner. Will defininte hire again and refer to others.
