Located in Redwood City, California, Grant Mechanical Inc is our family owned and locally operated heating and air conditioning company. We have been in operation since 2006 and in that time have gained a strong reputation of being a top provider of HVAC services in Redwood City and the surrounding cities and towns. Our founder, Sam Grant, has over twenty two years of experience in the industry and has work with several large HVAC companies. Our company provides residents in the state of California with nothing but top quality services for their heating and cooling units.

During the holidays (and the coldest week of the year), Sam made it to the house within an hour for a quick diagnosis. He replaced the motor on the spot with parts he had on hand. Sam was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Less than two hours after calling, the furnace was running quieter than it had for years.

Grant and his team were punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with. They worked with us on a difficult attic clearance situation and other unusual aspects of our house layout to come up with a creative solution that we are very pleased with. A minor issue with vent placement was cheerfully and immediately resolved. Highly recommended.

We had no hot air from our attic gas furnace during a recent cold spell in the Bay Area. Called Sam on Sunday, he immediately returned the call and scheduled a first-thing Mon. am. service appt. Showed up on time (early actually - was great), and diagnosed the problem very efficiently. He obtained a very difficult to find ignition board for my old furnace, and returned to install it and complete the repair of the furnace. Sam was prompt, friendly, efficient, and extremely capable. I would strongly recommend him for any HVAC work.

Our furnace collapsed shortly before Christmas. We got several estimates. Sam Grant's price was very competitive. He was prompt and extremely efficient and professional. Came back the day after the repairs to make sure a new thermostat was working properly.
