+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. I have called this man three times now (during two different seasons of the year) and left a message. He has yet to return any of my calls. I suppose that he could be just so good that he is so busy that he doesn't have the time to answer my call, but if that's the case, he's also poor business-person. The least he could do is call back and explain that he's not currently taking on any clients. Another explanation is that he's just rude and/or incompetent.
Description of Work: I am interested in digging my basement deeper to convert it into living space, requiring concrete foundation work.

+ -1 moreBruce inspected the foundation of our home. The foundation was in good shape, but we needed drainage work. We hired him back as a consultant to review our drainage plans. He is very knowledgeable about local soils, codes and foundation repair technologies.
Description of Work: The company provides foundation inspections and does foundation repair, including drainage.
