I've used their service a few times now. They are always on time, very professional, courteous and not pushy.

Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. He performed the necessary work on the hose bib and investigated the cause of the kitchen faucet leak. It turned out the problem was that my water heater was set too high. After that small change, the problem was resolved. He pointed out to me that my shut valve was not working and needs to be replaced.

Bob from Dale Plumbing was top notch. He explained everything he was doing to clean the drain. Very professional and friendly. The whole process took a little bit over an hour and my tub water was rushing down the drain. I bought the $111 for $200 worth of plumbing deal and felt like I got a great value for the service performed. Great job!

The job that I had anticipated turned out to be more complicated than expected, primarily because of the fact that there was so much oxidation on the pipes under the house (I live very close to the ocean). As a result he needed to replace more of the pipe which added cost to the job. He also split the job into two days and came back on the second day to replace the bathtub fixtures. He did excellent work and I have had no problems since then. He also gave different suggestions at different price breaks and took the one that fit my budget. My only criticism was the cost ended up being more that I had anticipated but he had explained the reason for that before he started the job. The first day he included in the cost of the hourly labor the time that he needed to go to the hardware store to get additional parts. With the cost of labor these days I did not think I would have to pay for his travel time. I didn't question it though since I am not sure that is standard practice.

Took much longer than expected and cost more than anticipated.

My old garbage disposal wasn't working any longer so I ordered a new one and needed a plumber to install it. The plumber was able to fix the old disposal but I decided to have him replace it anyway. Only took about an hour. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Dale Plumbing & Heating.

The first time he came he needed someone else to fix the problem. When they came back they did very well. They are a top notch outfit. They were on time and communicated well.

I bought one of Angie's List coupons to try this plumber. He did a good job and I would hire again.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work performed by the service man when he was here. I did have to clean up after him at each site where he worked, but that was not a problem because I was home that day and could remove any dirt and water from surfaces after he had moved on to the next room. He was late arriving......and it turns out that his office had neglected to give him my specific request to CALL me before starting out to my address......so he had been lost, trying to make sense of GPS directions that simply do NOT work here! The other surprise occurred when he started to add a large fee for "travel time". When I reacted to this new piece of news, we learned that his office had also neglected to inform me that there would be such an add-on to my bill. I asked him to discuss both of these oversights with his office so that they wouldn't occur for other clients in the future. Hopefully he did so!

We were not happy with them they charged us $400 to move a sink witch we thought it was a little outrageous. The tech was friendly but it really was not the most helpful service. Because we though it was much higher price then if we would of looked for bids. The service was good but I did not think the price was fair. They were pretty responsive and on time.

I've worked with other plumbers before and I've never had them charge me for the time it took to travel to my home? Depending upon the size of the range they cover, it could be 2 min or an hour but how am I penalized for the distance when I had nothing to do about where they were coming from. The lady on the phone said this was widely accepted practice and it was in the details of the offer - so my fault I didn't read that but i had never had that happen (25 years as a homeowner) until with this service provider? Love to hear others comment on this but I'll be more informed the next time around.

Called in the am and they were able to have someone come over in the afternoon -- two other providers could not do that. They assessed the problem, explained it carefully and completely and did not try to sell what was not needed. All I needed was a replacement valve. While I only needed a simple valve replacement the cost was appropriate for the service call. They were very friendly and courteous.

He did a great job. He was good at communicating what he was finding and what he needed to do. My tenants are happy. If there was a problem, I would have heard about it. There were some parts that I had to purchase so, I had to pay more. I would recommend them. They were good at communicating, They let me know that it was going to take a few days to get the parts. They got the parts and made the appointment. They were careful and clean. It was a good experience. I would use them again.

Everyone is very professional, friendly, and exceptionally well trained. All projects we had done by Dale went smoothly - from inquiry to scheduling to the actual work. We actually just contacted them again to have an inline water heater installed. We highly recommend Dale Plumbing.

We have used Dale Plumbing (Eric mostly) several times now (including on a water heater replacement) and have always had a very good experience. Eric explains the work and progress and is very transparent. He is also very friendly and courteous. We will continue to use Dale Plumbing in the future.

Overall took about 1 1/2 hrs. Had a toilet that was leaking from the bottom on a Saturday morning. Kasey returned my call within 1/2 hr. Kevin showed up within 1 to 2 hrs. He called before coming over. Very professional and courteous service. Seems pretty knowledgeable and very efficient. I also like the fact that you do not have to guess how much the bill is going to be as their rate is hrly.

I actually can not remember but since I am very cost conscious at the time I felt like it was a reasonable cost. I can not recall but I think the motherboard was about $200 plus the labor for about 1 hour.A big positive I remember the technician who came said the company was a great place to work and he had been working their for years.

We have hired them a few different times. They showed up on time for appointments. I thought that the company was more reasonable with their pricing with the previous owner and that the new owner as he charges more. They have done a fine job.

The work was fine. They completed the job and the price was reasonable. They showed up when they were supposed to. He didn’t have the parts needed, but went to get them and was able to complete the work in the same day.

It was fine. They are very good. I would recommend them. They are busy so sometimes its hard to get them.

They offered competitive pricing and they performed the job when they said they were going to and the way they said were going to. They were easy to deal with and had a good office staff to back up the operation with scheduling, followup etc - a rarity with small plumbing companies these days.

Terrible. They set up the appointment and were supposed to come between 12 and 1 PM. The receptionist told me she'd call me before if there were any changes. No one showed up, and I didn't hear from the office until around 2:15 PM. She apologized and told me they had gotten tied up, and asked if they could come around 4. I let them know I had an estimator coming between 3-4 so 4:30 PM would be okay. I didn't hear anything from them until the guy showed up at around 6:40 PM and asked if he was too late, which I told him he was.

After using a camera to determine they could do the trench-less approach. they dug three deep holes. They finished the job in three days; did a great job cleaning up and we were "back in business."
