He fixed some things but could not fix one of the leaky toilets. Not sure if the toilet is really bad or too challenging for him.

I am very picky and they are now my new plumber. They were professional, on time, and did a great job.

Office called to let me know plumber was en route. Plumber arrived, looked over job and pointed out construction differences between faucets from big home improvement store and contractor-grade faucets. Proceeded to install faucet I provided. Explained what he was doing and why. The only bummer was being charged 30 minutes for his drive time. So I ended up paying above and beyond the amount of the deal. Instead of paying for 45 minutes and getting 83, I ended up paying for 45 minutes and getting 52 minutes of plumbing work. So it goes. I would use them again. The plumber was smart, engaging and diplomatic. I just would do so aware of how jobs are billed. Maybe that is how all plumbing jobs are billed. I am used to paying electricians for time spent at my house, and so paying for the commute was a surprise. Still, I would use them again.

When flushed, the toilet kept running and didn't stop. We shut off the water to stop it. We have a commercial toilet and valve in a residence and I looked on Angie's List for a plumber who specified that they worked with commercial fixtures. When I called the Dale office, I explained that this was not an urgent matter because we have other toilets in the house, but the woman in the office offered me a time a few hours later, the same day. The plumber arrived when scheduled, took the valve apart and found that it had broken in two. I was somewhat surprised that he had a replacement in his truck. The total time for the repair was only about 15 minutes and the plumber was willing to spend a little time answering my questions. The toilet now works as it should. The cost was $150 for the plumber's time, and $44 for the replacement part.

Very prompt service. Came out the same day I bought the Big Deal and was all finished in a couple of hours. Very impressed with the responsiveness!

They fixed the leaky toilet, but didn't have the parts to fix the pop up assembly in the sink. He said they would call back about the part, but I never heard from them.

I would not question recommending them to anyone. This latest work was above and beyond helpful. I like that they are positive and optimistic with no gloom and doom scare tactics.

Excellent. Dale was able to send a technician on Saturday morning, within a few hours of our call. Very professional and efficient technician; knowledgeable. Work started on the Saturday, and I was able to find the exact needed control valve through Amazon for o/n delivery, Sunday. Dale's tech returned Sunday when the part arrived, installed, tested and approved. In the course of the work, we found a failing fitting on the cold water (in) which had started leaking; the technician replaced that and now the pan is dry. Work area is spotless, and returned to normal. After being without hot water for three days, we are up-and running. Dale is definitely now my go-to contractor.

I called to set up an estimate and was told it would be free. The plumber showed up and was going to charge me a $75 fee just for showing up to look at the problem.

Plumber arrived about an hour later than scheduled. We did get a call just after the stated window of time to let us know he would be late. Once he arrived, the job was completed quickly and done well. We were surprised, however, the job took less than an hour but we were charged for one and one half hours. The explanation was that the excess was travel time. I think we should have been advised, in advance, that travel time was to be charged to us.

They fixed leaks in both my toilets. Everything was wonderful! I would definitely call them again.

IT WENT VERY WELL. TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUE. FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND NEVER TRIED TO UP SELL ANYTHING. KIND OF A FAMILY BUSINESS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

I have a leaking pipe outside my house, just so happened I have received a promotional email from Angie's list for this plumber, which seems have fairly decent review on Angie's list. I called them up and schedule an appointment. Nobody told me upfront they would charge $149 for just coming out. And on their website, it clearly stated free estimate. Their guy showed up at the door without notifying me on the phone while on his way as promised. Looked at the leaking situation, then he suggested me he wouldn't give me an estimate because he wasn't sure how long it would take and reiterated his rate is $149/hour. Then he asked me to pay $149 for his coming out to check the problem. After I told him that I had the impression they provide free estimate. He very "generously" give me a 50% discount. In the end, I didn't get an estimate and it wasn't free. Of course, they didn't get the job either. I would suggest avoiding them. And Yelp wins against Angie, in terms of quality and fairness in reviews.

Didn't show at the time previously scheduled. Called them. They said it was a scheduling system error, but at least gave me a same day appointment. Apologized profusely for the error. Came 2 hours earlier than the new schedule, which was very much appreciated. Snaked the area drain and extracted lots of roots. But couldn't cross blockage. Probably a breach in drain with roots infesting much of the line. Recommended going in with locator and camera. Plumber was courteous and explained everything. Was experienced enough to recommend not going in with the bigger snake and going through to prevent damaging the line. Apparently they charge you from the time when they drive out to come to your place, which is an odd way of billing.

Went really well. We thought we needed to replace one toilet, but he suggested fixing it instead and it works great.

two plumbers came. One was in training . they had the part needed . the job got done pretty fast

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Done in less than an hour. All cleaned up after. appreciated the service and my great discount from Angies' list.

The plumber was prompt and very professional. He kept me informed of everything he did. I would definitely use their services again.

In the early morning - about 5AM - our kitchen sink faucet broke. We use it a lot as my wife is an excellent cook and prepares the home meals. I called Dale and left a message at about 6:15 AM. They called me a few minutes later and had a team on sight around 7AM. They assessed the problem in that the faucet had to be replaced. They showed me a picture of a replacement somewhat similar to what we had before. We agreed and they went out and purchased the faucet for us, removed the old faucet and installed the new one. Efficient, courteous, and responsive. Could not ask for better response and service!
