Description of Work: The plumber arrived right on time to fix my leaking toilet and was very pleasant. The first thing he said is that I should use the Cal Water rebate and just get a new toilet rather than replace, advice that I said I did not wish to follow at this time, having already paid the $99 to Angie's list to repair it. I had told the scheduler for Dale that I had an old American Standard brand toilet but the plumber did not have the right part (understandable I guess) so drove to get one at a local plumbing store. He then proceeded to pull from the toilet another part which appeared rusted and broken; the water started rushing so he turned off water valve to the toilet declaring that it was not possible to repair the toilet and left. So instead of a toilet that leaked once in a while I had an unusable toilet after spending $99. I called another plumber referred to me by a friend and he came out the next week and repaired the toilet for $120 and it works fine and does not leak.

Description of Work: I had a new garbage disposal and a new sink faucet installed. As with any old house, there were challenges. All work was explained to me and it was performed efficiently. Harry did a quality check on everything before he left. All is working well and there are no leaks.

Description of Work: They performed the job, installing a new low-flow toilet to stop the leak and help to cut back water usage and also flushed my tankless water heater. The job was done with great professionalism and no mess --- he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing which was very much appreciated. I would use Dale Plumbing again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I last called them for an emergency problem when the water main had a leak. They do a good job. However, they are expensive because they are part of the union. The previous owner was really good. They now have a new owner and the man is a little chattier. The work was very good. I definitely recommend them as they are a good company.

Description of Work: They unstopped my kitchen sink a couple of times. They also completed some repairs on my bathroom. They have also replaced some sinks and a toilet. They were on time and did the work very well. The technician did a good job and went above and beyond. I have no issues with the company.
