I think I got $30.00 off the first time I used them. It was the same service. I just got a first time customer thing. Another A+ experience. They arrive on time, they're very friendly, extremely nice. They come in and they're efficient; they do the job in a timely fashion and it's always high quality results. You don't have to worry and also, it's a natural solution if you want to get your carpets cleaned, instead of using one of these old school, chemical carpet cleaning companies. It leaves your carpets smelling like fresh citrus which is kind of nice. I think their price is an A+ for the quality you receive. I think it's a little higher than your normal industry, but it's definitely worth every penny because I think it's a higher quality result.

They come in about every 4 or 5 months. We got them from Angie's List. We've had them 2 or 3 times now and we like them.

It's operated by a young man. I have used them once before for carpet cleaning and I liked what they did. So, I called back when I found out that they were also doing tile, grout, marble, and granite cleaning. I didn't think the price was out of line. He was here when he said he would be and they put little booties on their shoes. I was happy with the job and I didn't think the price was out of line. Somebody else might think the price was high, but I didn't. It's all expensive, but I was pleased with the job they did and he said he would be here at a certain time. He called to say he was 15 minutes away and when he came for the estimate he was right on time. I don't really have any complaints.

I was very satisfied with results, all stains were gone and no noticeable chemical smell afterward. He also cleaned the chairs for us - they become as white as new.

Provider was polite, but did not want to come up to San Carlos to clean my carpets, so he quoted a really high price. I asked him about the $189 special for 3 rooms, hallway , probiotic and stain resistor. I was told my place is too small to make that deal worthwhile. (However, that price was less than he quoted me. ) When I brought that up to him, he said there was a minimum size house required for that deal, but I read the entire deal to him from the listing and there is no such statement on the deal or the "small print". He admited that he would not come up to San Carlos for a small job like this (3 rooms and a hallway) unless he had other jobs booked in the area. After he told me 5 or 6 times how this wasnt going to work an the job was too small, I told him that since he did not want to do the job and would not honor the coupon special price, that I would find someone else, who wanted to honor their deals on Angies List! He may have a lot of "A" ratings if you live in Santa Clara, but dont expect him to go elsewhere on the peninsula. Citrus Plus Cleaning gets an "F" from me, for poor customer service, misrepresentation and fradulent coupon offers. (This is my first bad review ever!)

The service was prompt and professional. The carpet appeared the cleanest after the service. The chair still had a bad smell after the service, although it was better. The three rugs were cleaner, but still had areas that had not come clean.

It went very well. The last three carpet cleaners we have had have not done a good job and the stains come up again very soon.It hasn't happened this time. I would certainly call them again.

The technician did a great job, I could immediately smell, feel and see the difference after he started the cleaning process. We have a lot of traffic in our home, with kids and pets and it was impressive how clean the carpets were following the service. We have used many carpet services in the past, this is one that we will plan to use moving forward.

I bought an Angie's List deal as a gift for a friend who has old, old carpets. Craig was incredibly responsive, and set up an appointment with my friend quickly. The carpets look and smell better (they are very old, so there is only so much that they can do). My friends were very pleased (and loved how good it smelled). Very pleased!

Carpet dried quickly and was so soft after cleaning. The citrus fragrance was delightful, no chemical smell.

Great job and they gave us a bottle of their cleaner for future touch ups. I don't remember the price but they were reasonable. I will be calling them again in a couple of months for my spring cleaning.

I was reasonably satisfied with the work. It smelled good and felt good on the foot after. The dry time is very quick. They often do it when I’m at work, but when I come home it’s dry. They show up promptly.

Overall, it was good! They called me before they arrived because they were going to be late, but they arrived at the new time they designated and did a good job.

It turned out quite good. I believe the carpet dried in less than 24 hours, within one day. I remember the price was reasonable.

They’ve done a lot of work for me. They are great! They don’t have to have a big truck. They use a solution on the floor so it’s convenient to use for a condominium or an apartment. They leave the carpets extremely clean, dry, and smelling great! I will definitely hire them again.

The owner came both times with an associate. They did a very nice job! The carpet dried quickly with windows open. By the next day, it was completely dry.

They were Berber carpets and he still did a good job! I believe the cost was around $125 which is not expensive at all considering how clean he got them! They have done a lot of cleanings for us. Those guys are fantastic! I will always choose them over anyone else. For one, they use non-toxic solutions and it smells good. I have been absolutely amazed with how clean they can get carpets. Secondly, they will explain things. They are very patient to questions and will give you an assessment ahead of time.

They have a wonderful product and do a great job! The dry time was complete overnight.

I had bought an angie's list deal which was carpet cleaning for one room. I have only one carpeted room in my house and so it was perfect. However, the vendor was hoping that other services would be added and the low advertised price was only an entree. When i told him I had only one room, he said it was too big and added more to the fee even though there was never a room size advertised. For the record, my room is 220 SF, not that huge. He then tried to get me to buy rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, etc. all of which I refused. He did come and clean my carpet for the advertised price plus the extra for the 'large room'. In all fairness, I think he lost money on my business because the advertised price was so low. On the other hand, I think putting up a price and expecting to bump it up based on customers choosing to buy other services is not a good practice and borders on scamming customers in my opinion. They came, they cleaned, they were professional, they did a great job, but I was put off a little by their expectation of getting additional business.

I'm not sure if I'm remembering the correct date or price, but I was satisfied with the work. The carpet looked like new when they were done.
