CAUDILLO'S HAULING SERVICE

I called on a Fri. and Carlos came out on Sat. to give us an estimate. He was early. We walked through the yard and discussed all the items that needed to be done. He said he would start the job first thing Monday. Mon. came and went - no Carlos. I called Mon. night and he told me he was finishing another job and would come first thing the next morning. He was not there at 9AM, but I did return home to find much, but not all of the job being done. Bushes were trimmed only on the outward facing sides, weeds were weed whacked only - not pulled out (when confronted Carlos told me that would be a "big job" - Yes! That's why I hired him!), tops of trees were not trimmed, patio & new bricks were not swept, planter box edge was replaced by a board that did not go to the ground (so dirt comes out the bottom). He left me a post-it with the cost of materials, but no receipts as promised. When I followed-up, he said he would not return to weed or fix the rest; I didn't pay for $86 in materials.

It was great! Carlos and his team were very efficient and done in less than a couple hours.

I called around 11:30 am on July 3, expecting to schedule a cleanup and hauling for sometime the week after the July 4 holiday. However, Carlos said he would stop by in 1 1/2 hours to look over the job and would return later in the afternoon to do the job. He actually came around a half hour after I called and then promised to return at 2:00 pm. I accepted his estimate of $300 and he returned as promised. It took two of them a little over an hour to do the job and they left the site clean. I was very impressed with his promptness, thoroughness, and professionalism. His price for an hour's work seemed a bit high, but, since this is the first time I've had this kind of work done and because our yard abuts a very dry, hilly, open space, I was eager to get the job done. I would definitely consider hiring him again.

He gave me a rough estimate over the phone for hauling it away. Upon arrival he surveyed the pile and gave me a firm price that included the dump fees. There was approximately 7 cu. ft. of material. His price was very fair for the large amount of work involved. I was very happy that Carlos was available to come the same day I called. He was very polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up when he was finished. He even used a blower to clean up the patio. I am very happy with his work and would happily hire him again.

These guys were a real find. We hired them to do some cleanup and hauling, but ended up using them for a wide variety of jobs. They are nice guys, very hard working and efficient, they do excellent work, and they are very reasonably priced.

Service was fast and for a reasonable price. Care was taken to avoid damage to property during removal process.
