Angel and his team were great. Angel was the first company I heard back from to set up an appointment for an estimate. His pricing was reasonable and the company had solid reviews so we decided to hire them. The team was prompt, professional and did a really nice job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Brothers Service Tree Care are amazing at their job and their commitment to their clients is top notch. Angel and his crew help take down a 70" diameter redwood tree from my property. Angel was amazing at communicating expectations and processes. He told me exactly what to expect and what I need to do (which permits to apply, what letters to bring) He is a certified arborist and gave me lots of information on my other trees as well. His crew was also very hardworking and made sure to clean up the work site each day after each work. It took them a whole week to take down the behemoth of a tree, and even my neighbors were impressed. There was a little snafu, despite the rigging, one of the branches broke off during the work and damaged part of my gutters. His crew tried to repair it, but it didn't work out. I reached out to Angel who was very fast at rectifying the situation. He asked me to reach out to my contractor to fix the gutters and he would pay for it. That was it, he was straightforward and honest. I am really thankful to have found Brothers Service Tree Care to help me out with my tree issues.

He was referred to me from a past client. A lot of these were just totally booked. We had high wind and heavy rain and there were trees falling all over our place so it was really hard to find somebody to do the work. They did the work quickly and my client thought they were cheap.

GREAT! I can't say enough good things about Angel and his crew. From the time that Angel came to give the first estimate, I knew we were in good hands. He identified the trees that we had in our back yard. Told us exactly what his crew would do, and gave us a firm quote. He even looked at a couple small fruit trees and gave us tips for taking care of them. Day of service he and his crew arrived on time (actually 5 minutes early), did exactly what was promised. The crew was friendly and professional AND thoroughly cleaner up after themselves. We won't need the trees pruned again for a few years, but we're having Angel come back next spring to fertilize our oaks.

Looking for old fashioned qualities at a reasonable price? Angel and his crew deliver just that and more. I am a personal assistant and needed to find an arborist that was able to diagnose a sick tree and offer suggestions for other backyard plants for a client of mine. Angel returned my call the same day, was friendly and offered some insight over the phone. Angel and his crew were right on time, friendly, clean and offered a little education of what they were doing and why in an easy to understand manner. Without question, I will call Angel and his crew for all future gardening needs for myself and for my clients. It doesn't get any better than this! They were punctual and professional. Angel was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to explain and advise us on several tree problem issues. They went beyond the call of duty and left our roof and yard cleaner than it was before. Highly recommended.

The crew was punctual, efficient and very accommodating. They cleaned up the yard each day and even went on the roof to blow off dead leaves after they finished with the liquid amber. I can't recommend them enough.

We had to remove a 100 year old oak tree with root fungus from our backyard. The canopy covered half the house and most of the backyard. We had two certified arborist's come out along with three tree companies. Jhonathan from Brothers Tree Service got the job because of his competitive quote, professionalism, knowledge and followup. He handled the paperwork for the permit, took pictures and met with the staff from the city of San Carlos. Because of his knowledge and an additional oak on our property the city did not require an arborist review and waived a replacement tree The team started at 8:30 in the morning and finished at 5 on October 1, 2012. The stump was not ground due to a clearance problem getting the grinder in the backyard. They left the property spotless from front to back and the street. Brothers Service has ISA Certification and is a local Peninsula Company. I give the company 5 stars and recommend it highly!
