+ -1 moreBill is the only tuner who is willing to tune my upright piano, which is called a bird's cage piano. We had another guy come out, he took one look and said he didn't tune that type of piano and didn't know who would. Luckily Bill expanded his route and was able to come to our new address. We've had this piano for over 20 years and Bill has always been able to make any repairs necessary.

piano tuning, musical instrument repair
+ 0 moreBill has tuned our piano every year for the past five or six years. He does an excellent job. He is meticulous and always leaves the piano sounding its best. I appreciate the fact that he calls each year to remind us to set up another appointment, since I would probably forget otherwise.
Description of Work: Bill tuned our piano and did some needed repairs (the tuning alone would cost less than the amount reported for his last visit).
