Description of Work: Replaced two springs on Garage Door. These are the springs that balance the weight of the door. Sent Bill a picture of the springs. He showed up on time the next day and had replacement springs in his truck. An hour later I had a working door. The price above includes the springs.

Description of Work: Bill was extremely communicative and professional. He quoted me a fair price on a new electric garage door + opener, negotiated with the vendor to get a better door for the same price when they didn't have the exact model I wanted, and then installed it in a day, as promised. Very satisfied!
