They recommended a thermodor oven and it never worked properly. We never had any support from them. They basically do not offer any after sales support. Overall, they offer no help or assistance and we always have to contact the outside manufacturer and other people to help assist us with these appliances.

Atherton Appliance & Kitchen Company was running some specials. They gave me a good price. They gave me a 50% off on the installation. They gave me a free haul away. They were very prompt in calling me about setting up a time to come for the install. They were very good about reminding me before they came out. The appliances arrived on time. They said that it would take two weeks once ordered and it just took two weeks. Everything went as expected. They also made a preliminary visit to my house to measure. We realized that the original oven I had bought would not fit the space I have in the kitchen. So the technician who came out to measure worked with me in finding a different oven that would fit the space. They came back and installed the new oven and it looks great. The total price I paid included the price for installation, the price of the appliances and also labor. The installers had to do some rework before the install. They had to take out my old thermo-door to install the new oven. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again in the future.

They put in new appliances, new cabinets and did and excellent job. Everything was good. They put in new granite countertops and a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Everything looks wonderful when it was finished.
