ACCENT COUNTERS

I planned a ten day remodell and my husband took it over. After Accent Counter measure the counters were uninstalled and moved twice. When they arrived after I cancelled on them repeatedly everything was different. Daniel the installer figured it out so that they ended up looking perfect. Kim was very easy to work with and very understanding of my predicament. While I supposed anyone can install counters when it it straightforward these guys can also do it when it is difficult without any kind of attitude. I forgot the name of the owner who measured for me, but he was fantastic too. Definitely a great company!

So what was great, it was their remnants are really organized. It took me about three minutes to just pick out what we needed. So it's very easy to find. The service was great. When they came to install the bathroom counters, they actually had put the holes too close to the sink. So, at first, it looked like the sink we had chosen and given them wasn't going to work. So I was really stressed. And my contractor came back, but the next day I called them and the owner who I worked with answered the phone and she assured me. She said, "Don't worry about a thing. We will take care of it. It will be finished exactly the way you want it. It will work. Don't worry." And she was right. So she put me right at ease and people came out a couple of times to file down the sink or whatever they had to do to make it work. And it worked and it looks great. So, it was just that initial measurement that I was worried about, but I felt really confident with her service and after our phone call, I felt like they weren't going to charge me until it was right and they were going to make sure it was right. We're doing another bathroom. I will definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. They were very attentive. They actually made a pattern to make sure they cut the stone accurately. It is a family-run operation and were very people-friendly. They were recommended to us by our general contractors.

They had excellent suggestions on color to compliment my kitchen cabinets. You couldn't be more professional than this company. They considered the environment, and fabricated in a warehouse off site, no cutting on the premises. It was perfectly installed.

Their people did a fabulous job. They called to confirm all appointments, were on time, and left everything clean when done. They covered my hardwood floors to protect them. My cabinets were out of line, and Joe adapted, so the job looks perfect. They did a Zodiac entire kitchen for me previously where I had the same excellent experiences.
