Description of Work: Alan came out and met with us and provided a bid on redoing hree redwood decks and stairs. He was professional, on time, courteous and very knowledgable. His prices seemed reasonable in compairson to others. We ended up going with a local GC because of neighbors recommendations but I would still consider using AB Mour for future projects.

Description of Work: Bathrooms remodeled. Interior house painted. Garage door replaced. Carpet. Miscellaneous outlets and switches replaced. Exterior doors replaced. Struggle from day one to have a schedule defined and kept. Workers used our materials and tools, often did not have their own; never got some back in the end. Not much general management provided; ideas and vision discussed with main poc were not well relayed to teams doing the work; seemed to expect homeowner to check continuously on work and workers behaviour-but then I might as well have subcontracted everything myself. Wrote fuzzy contacts which then left misunderstandings both ways. Repeated re-work necessary. We were a low priority; project stretched out 2x the original claim and had lots of errors and slop creep in because the workers were more focused on other jobs.

Description of Work: Skim coated half bath. Project was done professionally by sub-contractor. Owner isn't hesitant about letting you know that he looses money on these Angie's List "deals".
