JC is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us install a new TV and Sonos system a few years ago and I recently called him about a problem with my remote control. He came on time as promised and worked around a difficult problem to find a workable solution. His charges are reasonable and he is very personable to work with. I would highly recommend JC.

John is very customer service orientated. He kept me in the loop, and he's very knowledgeable with cameras and other A/V products. He helped me with decisions of what type, quantity and quality of surveillance cameras.

We dealt with John as an individual (rather than Wired AV). He was dependable, responsible, and all the work done was to our satisfaction.

Highly recommended. He does good work with this newer technology.
