+ -1 moreKITCHEN COLLECTION WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY SOMEONE WHO HAD RECENTLY REMODELED THEIR KITCHEN. WE MET THREE TIMES WITH JACKIE BUT DID NOT FIND HER VERY RESPONSIVE TO US. THE CABINETS WERE THE MAJOR DOLLAR ITEM FOR OUR REMODEL AND WE WANTED TO BE SURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH WHAT WE PURCHASED. WE DID NOT FIND HER AVAILABLE TO US OR RESPONSIVE. DURING OUR APPOINTMENTS SHE WOULD OFTEN LEAVE US SITTING WHILE SHE TOOK PHONE CALLS. SHE DID NOT GET BACK TO US WITH INFORMATION AS PROMISED. WHEN WE ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS, SHE APPEARED IMPATIENT WITH OUR ISSUES, MORE AS IF WE WERE INCONVENIENCING HER THAN THAT WE WERE PAYING HER FOR HER SERVICE. IN THE END WE DECIDED THAT THE PERSONALITY ISSUES WOULD GET IN THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HER.
Description of Work: WE CONTACTED THIS STORE WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR CABINETRY FOR A KITCHEN AND BATH REMODEL. WE DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
